Tropical 3-bed Villa with pool, close to town

This is a wonderful property. It was for the most part extremely clean we had an issue where one set of sheets had not been changed but it was promptly addressed. The power was out while we were there for about 24 hours and we thought we might have to move but thankfully the power came back on so we stayed. All of the neighbors had power so it was a bit confusing. But Apparently this is not uncommon in Sayulita. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful, they brought us long extension cords so we could use the power in the upstairs Villa to charge our phones, the refrigerator etc. Overall a lovely place to stay on gringo hill.

The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much and didnt mind the walk up the hill. There were a lot of late night festivities in town so it is noisy, but the fans in the bedrooms provided nice white noise. Would definitely stay there again.

Sayulita is an amazing little town. We had a great time. The home was beautiful and acomodations good.

We absolutely loved our time at Casa Vista. We actually arrived about 12 hours before a major hurricane hit and and while we didn't know how we would fare, everything was smooth (we like all others in town lost power a couple of times, but the house withstood the storm perfectly well). The property management team was very helpful and checked in on us several times during and after the storm. We really like staying on Gringo Hill and this house provides quick and easy access to the center of town if you don't mind the steps! The house was well-equipped, especially for our two young children, and we loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

This home is beautiful, clean, and with an extremely convenient location. A short walk down the hill into town, or an even shorter drive with a golf cart. The AC cranks and the fans provided were amazing. Linens and towels were plush and the toiletries provided were high quality which was an unexpected, but lovely touch. The pool was perfect for those hot afternoons, but remember to pack your bug spray for early evenings :) Communication with Mackenzie as well as the local property manager was incredible, and he was so kind as to help us with a few questions we had, and even checked on us a few times. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of heaven with us!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was lovely and clean, and we especially enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated.

My husband and I took our teenagers and one of their friends! They stayed on the main floor of the house and we stayed in casita and it worked out GREAT!! We had privacy! They had access to the fridge and kitchen. Given the humidity this time of year we ended up renting a golf cart to make trips up and down hill easier! That was an experience in itself driving the roads on Gringo Hill and thru Sayulita. The location of the house and the private pool made this an ideal place to get back to the house and just relax and enjoy each other! Book your trip from the airport with the house driver Eduardo! He was great!! Can’t wait to book our next trip back!!

We loved watching the sunset every night, swimming in the saltwater pool, listening to the frogs at night, the rain shower, the comfortable beds, the AC, the accessories in the kitchen and the welcoming host.
