Welcome to our spacious, fully air-conditioned villa — your perfect home away from home in beautiful Rotonda West. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa features 4 bedrooms, including two master suites (one with a king bed and one with a queen), plus two twin bedrooms that share a third full bathroom.

Both master suites include their own TV and DVD players, providing a private retreat for relaxing after a day in the sun.

There are 2 separate lounge areas oneof which features a 40 inch TV, DVD and CD. TV's in the villa receive numerous channels including NBC sports which shows premiership football. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation. Enjoy free wireless broadband throughout the villa — even while relaxing on the lanai.

This home is perfect for two families traveling together or groups who simply want a bit more space. Furnished to a high standard throughout, the villa is both stylish and comfortable.

The southwest-facing lanai and extended deck area are accessible from both master suites, the kitchen, and the quiet lounge. Here you’ll find your private, resurfaced swimming pool (May 2022), electrically heated for year-round enjoyment (heating recommended November to April for an additional fee).

We have a very friendly management company who provides full maintenance of the property including weekly pool service and cleaning after your stay. In addition to office hours for general help and information about the villa or the area. They are available 24 hours a day for any emergencies.
