Stayed Jan 8, 2023This house has a lot to offer, a lake, wonderful wildlife to look at, nice set up, and in a secluded neighborhood. We have stayed in southwest Florida many times and this stay was among the best we have had. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022The house, neighborhood, and all around was very. However, the house was short on accommodations like: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry supplies. We stayed for ten days but only enough supplies for maybe 2-3 days were provided. In addition to, there were a lot of bug on the property and around it, sometimes in the house there would be cockroaches and spiders. Sitting outside was unpleasant because we would get bitten up by bugs, not mosquitos but small little bugs that you can't notice. When it would rain, the drains on the back porch near the pool were clogged inside and led to flooding that would come up to the doors in the back of the house. In addition, the beach chairs and umbrellas provided were already broken and not very usable. Overall. the house and stay was great and I would recommend it to renters and in the future. However, be aware of the shortcomings and be prepared to deal with them.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The house is large and accommodating for a family of 8. The kitchen is well stocked with plates,cups, glasses, utensils, and pots,pans, etc. The sunsets are beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our family time. The beds are mostly comfortable, the family room not so much. The couch and table-chairs are tired and sagging offering no support or comfort. The paint in the pool and the deck area is chipping and in need of attention. The pool should have at least one railing for the steps into the pool for safety. The drain for the pool needs cleaning. Water backs up to the 2 enrty doors with a just a little amount rain. Black dirt settles on the deck under the table and chairs all the way to doors. So your always walking dirt and chips of paint into the house. And the grill is a rusty disgrace. We drove 20 hrs and picked up needed groceries before our 4:00 pm check in. 8am the next morning my exhausted family was abruptly awakened by a blast of a trumpeting doorbell that was the extermination company making their quarterly visit. We were not given advance notice of this visit and we were not made aware that they would need to go throughout the entire house. The homeowner was upset because the exterminator didn't want to inconvenience us and was returning after our stay.

Stayed May 30, 2022My family and I loved the home. The pool was great and clean. The location of the home was little far from the beaches. The check out is 10am ; which is very early for a family of 6.

Stayed Apr 15, 2022A nice home that just needs a little TLC. Was basically pretty clean inside but due to the amount of dust outside the pool area in the lanai were pretty dirty. The grass was basically dead due to the drought in the area and no watering so I’m sure all that dirt was just getting blown into the pool area. I’m not sure of the house had a sprinkler system for the lawn but the lawn was pretty much nonexistent and only dirt.
