TOP FLORIDA's Villa Stardusk

Absolutely wonderful house!! The owners made us feel so welcome. They even had Christmas music and a tree up when we arrived. Very nice touch!! Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived to the property it looked very nice and very similar to the pictures in the listing apart from some age, however there was one problem that caused us discomfort during our stay which was the ever intrusive BUGS. The home had flying ants and small sugar ants in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. the worst being the twin room next to the master bedroom. There at least 4-5 flying ants on the beds, walls & ceiling consistantly in that particular room. After spraying natural bug treatment around that bedroom window there were approximately 20-30 found dead dispite keeping the door closed. There were also many positives to the property it was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and very pleasant decor throughout the home. The pool area was very nice and sported a tv, nice lounging area, and a great view of the dock and the canal. All in all it was a very pleasant stay in a rather nice home just needs some bug treatment.

Very nice House with a beautiful pool and dock area. We got to experience some very nice sunsets sitting dockside. A five minutes bike trip to Rumrunners and short drive to shops. Very clean! Quiet neighbourhood.

Dorit was amazing! Quick response time and very helpful! Lovely pool with solar heat so it was perfect temp for daily swimming. The canal had lots of fish, I enjoyed my mornings looking at the fish under the boat canopy. The water was very clear in the canal.

This home is absolutely beautiful.! The neighborhood is amazing, peaceful & quiet. We had 8 of us staying plus our 2 dogs (my family of 5 + 2 dogs and my mom, brother & nephew). It was so spacious.!! And with that many people you’re definitely going to want some space at the end of the day.!!! My kids & nephew absolutely LOVED the pool, my daughter was in it a majority of the time we were at the house.! Dorit was amazing at getting back with us.!! We grilled out a few nights and ran out of propane and she got back with us quickly.!! My husband & brother took advantage of using the kayak with the kids and went out into the canal.! I could go on and on and on but this would turn into a book.! The place felt like home for the week we were there and there’s nothing more we could’ve asked of.!! The house is only 10mins away from The Yact Club beach, 25-30mins from Ft. Meyers Beach and about 45mins from Captiva/Sanibel Island. Definitely do not think twice about booking this house, you won’t regret it.!!!!
