This Villa has it all! Waterfront - heated pool, hot tub, boat dock, tiki hut!

This home is beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice! The bedrooms are perfectly placed for multiple family privacy and it is immaculate!! And the sweetest touch ever…? The owner left DONUTS by the front door Easter morning for our kids!! We spent most days by the pool and evenings on the dock. Our entire experience was second to none Book the vacay!!!

House set up was great for multiple families to be together and still enjoy their own space. Clean, cozy, spacious.Contacted owner regarding a few small things that were quickly resolved with excellent communication. Plenty of dining options at nearby restaurants, grocery close by and had positive experience renting a pontoon boat at Port 32 Boat Rentals. Would return.

We had a wonderful stay. The host Lori was VERY responsive to everything we needed. We wanted the pool heated warmer than normal for our young kids and couldn't have been happier - even in the mornings and evenings the pool was a wonderful temp!The house was clean with lots of towels, blankets, and even toys, life jackets, fishing poles, sand toys for the kids. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a wonderful trip away!

The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could need! Communication with the host was excellent. Location is ideal!

Lori and Tim have a real treasure that they shared with our 3 generations of family on a 10 day vacation. They met us personally when we arrived and went over everything in their beautiful and immaculate 5 bedroom Villa. There is something for all ages from 2 to 62 to do in their waterfront setting from lounging in the hot tub to relaxing in the pool, or just sunning on the large modern deck with a tiki hut shade structure. We only had one question during our stay and the hosts were very responsive. I would highly recommend their place if you are looking for a top shelf South Florida get away.

Lori was great to work with, the house was clean and had all the amenities for a great vacation. Make sure you add on the sauna, that was amazing!

Had an amazing time at this VRBO. The host was very responsive. My family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kids with us used it pretty much nonstop. Would highly recommend this property. Weather also cooperated which was a bonus.

House was absolutely gorgeous, conveniently located to everything! House was as beautiful as the sunsets over the lagoon, and the picturesque beaches we walked. Our family created wonderful memories at this beautiful oasis, can’t say enough about it! Relaxing, tropical paradise!

The host was very accommodating. The house was everything I expected and more. Loved the outdoor area's. All around it was a good vacation.

The property and everything was excellent except for the second floor bedroom/loft, too warm. We had to use three portable electric fans and ceiling fan along with AC and still too warm. Ceiling AC vent doesn’t have enough air flow coming out.

Great property, the house is beautiful with a beautiful view, and has something for everyone to do with fishing and the nice pool. Host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. It was the perfect place for our family vacation.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. Grandson loved fishing from the dock and kayaking with his dad. Great dining areas inside and out. We will definitely be returning.

This home is lovely and well-appointed. There were 9 adults in our group, all over 30. We had three couples in need of beds and three individuals. This house has six different bed options, without anyone needing to sleep on a trundle or pull-out. We’re too old for those nowadays! The living room had generous, comfortable seating options. The outdoor spaces provided the option of shade or sun even in the middle of the day, which was wonderful. Every item we could dream of needing was available in the kitchen. The host is kind and answered all questions promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

The house is spacious with fully stocked kitchen - more than I've ever experienced. The pool, hot tub and dock entertained every one and we rented the boat for a few days which was very convenient. Kids also enjoyed the kayaks. I reached out to Lori several times before the trip to make changes and she was extremely accommodating. That continued during our trip as well. I highly recommend this property! Great experience and would rent again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Two families. Four kids ages 12, 12, 10 and 9. Pool and hot tub were perfect. House is very clean and well stocked. We did not cook much but the kitchen has everything (and more!) to cook if you choose. Comfy beds, lots of linens, lots of space. Would stay here again!

Property was fantastic! We stayed 10 days. There was plenty of room for 12 of us! Grandkids loved the pool! Communications with our hosts were excellent! Will definitely consider this location when we plan our next family trip!!

She has everything you need at her house! What a spot, we had the best time with 3 families. Can’t wait to book again!

The house, pool and hot tub were great. We enjoyed our week a lot. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults to not be crowded

Lori was responsive and efficient about any questions and concerns that we had during our week's stay at her property.Our family loves to cook, and the kitchen did not disappoint. It was very well equipped (except, no pizza cutter).The pool and the hot tub and the tiki hut on the Captain's walk were also great hits with our group. Thanks again, Lori.

Excellent vacation rental! Lori's home is extremely well-appointed, including a generously equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, as we do. There are lots of little extras so you don't have to run to the store and buy a hundred bucks worth of incidentals to use just a couple times while you're on a short vacation. The pool/house layout is great for families with kids because you can see the pool from pretty much any room in the house making it easy to keep an eye on the kids while they're swimming. Lori went above and beyond to maintain a high pool temperature for us round the clock since our kids spend nearly their entire day in there. It was a hit! Thank you so much!

Lori and Dave made our stay very pleasant. ! us their boat and went over the boat to make sure we knew how to operate it. The house was so well stocked with towels, the pool was warmer than most will warm their pools. Their hospitality went over the top and we loved our stay there. Would recommend anyone to stay there especially for larger families, plenty of room.

We loved everything about this home as well as the location. The process for chrckin was very sasy. So convenient as well. The owners were super sweet and txt us the code to the house and made us feel very comfortable in our home away from home. We loved our stay at Villa Belezza! Lori is a great host (very prompt responses to any questions) and the house had everything needed for us to have a great week of vacation with our large three household family! The pool, hot tub, tiki and evening views are amazing. We are already talking about arranging another trip, great memories for our whole crew!
