Stayed Jan 21, 2026This was our 2nd stay. We love this property. Propery is right on water and you can watch sunset every night from screened in porch. Pool is fantastic. Walking distance to beach. Driving distance to restaurants. Lookingvforward to staying again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We had such a great time during our stay in Cape Coral. The pictures did not do it justice on how beautiful the house and view was. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The house was very clean. We loved the heated pool and the screened in porch where we could watch the sunset.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025This was a perfect location in Cape Coral. Saw sunrise and sunset each day. Short walk to beach. Close to restaurants. House was perfect for our family. Property manager was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We absolutely loved this house. Not only is this a beautiful, very modern, and clean home, it has amazing views of the river, it's within walking distance of the yacht club, and the Boathouse restaurant and bar. It is also otherwise very centrally located, so trips to go shopping and to beaches in Fort Myers and Sanibel didn't take very long. Last but not least, the property manager was great. He was very helpful, friendly, and responded fast when we had a question. We can't wait to come back next year!

Stayed May 2, 2024Soo I’m split. The location isn’t good right now other than the view. On either side there is construction and unfortunately they were working on the dock which we were not told of, so men were there from 715 am til 5 something at night. Walking on the closed in lanai shirtless to charge their equipment, fishing when “done” working and loud construction. The home was semi clean with trash still in trash cans, stains on flooring and ceilings, bugs everywhere but that’s to be expected somewhat. The pool needs more attention for filtering, and patio where we could have laid out, if no work was being done needed to be hosed off from all mud from dock workers. Siegfried was very nice but we would not stay again.
