Stayed Mar 12, 2025AKA: Beach Cross Villas. Where to start. Karim was very good and he was so helpful, so this not about him. But, if I were he, I’d hire a housekeeper that is non-confrontational, who actually knows how to clean, and isn’t on her phone constantly. She actually pushed her way inside to make sure we weren’t hiding toilet paper when I asked for another roll. The condition of the Villa left much to be desired. This property showed an 3.8* rating. I would give it a 2, only because of the location, Karim, and the ease of checking in and out. The matress in both rooms need replacement, as does the bedding. The sheets did not fit the beds and they were ripped or stained. The bathroom towels were disgusting, full of holes and questionable stains. The kitchen sponge was used and needed replacement, the frying pan looked like it had been picked up from a junkyard, the silverware unmatched and lacking steak knives.THINK twice before booking.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024The place is nice and, in general, clean (pair ot roaches in bathroom).Barely large enough bedrooms, kitchen ok- no oven (not that you need one) the dining area was the nicest. Cleaning crew in a hurry to see us go before the stated checkout time,Never mind: beautiful surroundings, the beach is gorgeous, the people are super friendly, the frogs singing is relaxing and seductive; tropical life is the best life and saint lucia is a very beautiful place, very much worth visiting.

Stayed Mar 8, 2023Very nice property. Well maintained, cleaning service was unexpected but appreciated and a staff member on site was excellent. The pool is small but really made our vacation and the location to the beach and lots of services like restaurants etc. Was exceptional. Only issue we had was prior to check in. No instructions were sent in advance and could not reach host. But no worries, we got there and Karim was there to check us in and handled any issues that arose during the stay. Would definately return!

Stayed Dec 29, 2022Reserved and paid for a 2 bed/2 bath unit. When we arrived, “oh, we’re sorry, the person before at reservations messed up, only a 1 bed/bath is available”. This was for a multi week stay. No mention of overpayment of a 2bed vs 1bed. It took weeks to get the negotiated refund (host wouldn’t respond to requests for refund updates via VRBO site). I’ve rented numerous times with VRBO, this has never happened before. Interesting an earlier review noted something similar. There is a loud water compressor that cycles on 24/7, especially between 6am-9am and 4pm-7pm (goes on for any demand of water in the complex). It lasts for a few seconds but does it numerous times per minute at peak. It affects at least ½ the units - we had to wear earplugs at night. The shower is possessed – pressure fluctuates all over the place, with scalding hot / ice cold water going back and forth. Storage – there is none, but 1 small closet with 3 small shelves. No dressers, cabinets, nothing. We lived out of our suitcases. Bed -noisy, squeaky, springs worn out. It only affected us once, but there is a very large venue tent across the street. One night, they had a large party, with load thumping base music playing until 2am. There were some positives, but I’ll refrain from commenting based on our experience.
