Anchorage #5 is a beautifully appointed unit in a townhouse community in Rodney Bay. The 3-bed, 2.5- bath two-storey condominium fronts the Rodney Bay Marina and is nestled in verdant manicured gardens. The ground floor living space is roomy and bright, excellently furnished and cooled by ceiling fans and A/C. It opens up to a private patio with informal dining space, a stretch of manicured lawn and a great vista of the famous Rodney Bay Marina. Also on the ground level is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as laundry room and powder room. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and include a master bedroom with ensuite bath and two bedrooms which share a bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is small and is ideal for children as it has 2 bunk beds. All units have access to a large communal resort pool.

This townhouse unit is excellent for a family or for those wishing to explore by foot and stroll from beach to bar to shopping and back home again.

    Travelled as a family (with an 18 month old), the accommodation was as described and immaculately tidy with house keeping three times per week. As we had a baby we cooked alot ourselves and having the gas bbq was very beneficial. The communal pool (although we most often had it to ourselves) was outside our front door and the marina view to the back. The grocery store is just at the end of the road (4/5minute walk). About 10 minutes walking to restaurants / cafe (Rodney Bay Mall or Marina). The gated community where the condo is located is kept immaculately, there was a gardener present every day. We stayed eight nights and cannot fault this accommodation.

    This property is superb. The location for us was perfect as we had a yacht in the marina so travelling by tender which we moored outside was great. The property had everything we could ask for. Very well equipped and very clean. The complex was very quiet and we were usually the only ones using the pool! An 8 minute walk to the village and 15 minutes to the marina.

    We had such an amazing stay here, the house is just stunning and so we'll equipped! Loved sitting on the veranda watching the boats go by - so peaceful. Host was very responsive and helpful, the house was cleaned twice during our 5 night stay which was great! Amazing pool which was always really quiet. Had the best holiday ever and wouldn't hesitate to return

    The condo was very clean and very well equipped. The only things that we were missing was a land line phone for local calls and better lighting in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the patio looking at the lovely harbour view and in the large pool in the centre of the complex. We were also very well looked after by Heather who came three times a week to make sure the place was clean and the towels and beds were changed. One other consideration is that you might need earplugs some nights from a nightclub across the harbour, also keep an eye out for the “banana boat” the owner was selling local fruits and vegetables and would pull into the dock if you hailed him - unique!Overall a very nice place to stay.

    Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and to Heather for the hospitality. Leo would have happily stayed here with you ! We recommend Jacques for dinner , beautiful spot . The water Taxi to Pigeon Island was also fun. The house had everything we needed and the views are wonderful.

    The Anchorage was wonderful, a beautiful home with views over the marina. We could walk to the beach in 20 minutes (rough with a pram but manageable) and it was very peaceful and quiet. We felt very safe and the pool and gardens were well maintained and great for our baby. Heather was a wonderful housekeeper, Leo loved her so much and she was so kind to him. She was also super patient when our taxi driver was late at check out. The house was spotless, spacious and very well equipped. We loved the BBQ and the beach chairs were very useful. Would recommend to families and would definitely stay again. Top tip: hire a boat taxi to collect from the house to go to pigeon island ($60 return)

    We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully located property. Spotlessly clean (thank you Heather?). The location was perfect for us. Peaceful yet close enough to restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Couple of points which I hope might be helpful. Firstly you kindly supply beach chairs and towels. Additionally a parasol would be really useful. Secondly, given the high standard of the house, the outside seating is not very comfortable and certainly not in line with the comfort level inside the house. Given that the patio area is a beautiful place to spend time. More comfy seating would be so much better.
