Stayed Oct 7, 2018Truly lovely property. Completely private, jaw-dropping 200+ degree view if the sea. Best housekeeping and cooking staff you could imagine. Excellent communication with the owner. Hope to make many happy returns.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There are places that you go back to and then there is Casa Faly. This truelly is home away from home. Staff made our two week stay just feel like heaven and the island around the house is delightful. Fausta took my booking and really thought about everything we needed, rooms were well taken care of and food offering on the property is a great + . The Excursions of the island really immerse you into culture and it was nice to see that Fausta really respected the locals. WE LOVED IT. A*

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at Casa Faly in August 2017, during a two week trip to Madagascar. We were two families, nine people in total, and Casa Faly was the perfect size for our group. There were plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms, for everybody. The staff and the cooks were incredibly good. Which was great, because we had some kids and picky eaters in the group. A driver picked us up at the airport with fresh flower lays from the gardens, and drove us straight to the property. And then we saw the views. As the sun sets, at golden hour, you sort of can't believe how lucky you are to be there, at the end of the Earth. It's just breathtaking. We were at the house for 6 days. And that was a perfect amount of time (although I could have stayed longer!). We took day trips, via boat, to nearby sights. Nosy Iranja is a beautiful beach, about an 1:20 ride away. Sakatia is much closer and has a nice little beach and fishing village. Nosy Komba has lemurs and wildlife, and there is a Marine Park near it with great coral reefs and snorkeling. One of the days, I went with the cook into Hell-Ville, to shop for dinner in the market, and that was great. To wander among the spices and super-fresh produce, and mangrove-mud covered crabs, is just a great experience. Local fisherman also walked up to the Casa with some of their fresh catch from the waters below - we had some amazing calamari thanks to one of them. And the team at Casa Faly can arrange everything. They connected us with a local guide who spoke English, French, and Italian, and he arranged all of our outings. We had a masseuse come by one day. The refrigerator was stocked when we got there, with wine and beer, and all sorts of much-needed kid-friendly foods. We had to order Wi-Fi and buy a certain amount of it, but it was all pretty easy. If you are going to Madagascar, you should go to Nosy Be. And if you are going to Nosy Be, you absolutely should stay at Casa Faly. I have traveled all over the world and stayed at lots of nice places. But I have never stayed anywhere quite like Casa Faly. (I just wish there was a way to give it six stars!) Sean

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was a long trip to Nosy Be, but when we arrived have realized that every single mile was worth it. It is simply a fairy tale. Beautiful house, relaxed atmosphere, amazing ocean view. The house stuff was extremely nice and helpful and pampered us in any way. This was the vacation I was looking for. And I am so sorry that the villa is already booked for the next August.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We (4 people) spent a wonderful week at Casa Faly. Everything worked out perfectly. Stunning villa, amazing view, excellent food, great weather. The staff was very well organized and very professional – they made our stay a pleasure! Madagascar was quite a unique experience - the people, the nature, the animals, we loved it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed in Casa Faly in Nosy Be for 15 days in August, and It has been wonderfully amazing! When we arrived the owners were deeply nice and concerned that everything was perfect. They gave us all the information concerning all the details of our holiday, a true synthesis of a 10 years-experience of what is the so-called best to do of Madagascar: places of interests (islands, atholls, natural reserves, trekkings, locations), tips about where to find the most beautiful sea, the most interesting places, the best places to have lunch or dinner, and how to move around. We hired a car, too, and it was a really good idea! Nosy Be is a kaleidoscope of amazing aromas and flavors, people, colours, sounds, Malagasy-african spirit, and Casa Faly is really wonderful: refined, elegantly furnished, with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean. The staff is really kind, considerate and smily. This holiday will live long in my memory sky and I recommend it to anyone who wants to make an experience unlike any other.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in Casa Faly in August and it was amazing, the owners are incredibly nice and available for any kind of need or advice, they explained us everything about Nosy Be, restaurants, supermarkets and how to behave to experience the most beautiful holiday on the island. First of all, the house is a paradise, it has an amazing view just above the sea and perfect to see the sunset every evening, the pool, an outer living room on the sea, amazing malagasy cookers and a friendly staff. It is located at the extremity of a promontory, therefore it is silent and solitary, but at the same time next to beautiful beaches (Andilana is one of the most beautiful of the island with the amazing restaurant Chez Lulu), in front of Nosy Sakatia (we had a trip there with turtles and amazing fishes and we left close by the house), and not so far from supermarkets and other restaurants and attractions. I would suggest to rent a car, as we did, in order to be more indipendent to move and have a tour of the whole island because it is really worth it! Excursions and day trips are organized every day leaving from Nosy Be, but sometimes a day of relax in the house deserves to be lived! We really recommend it, have a nice holiday!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The owners are absolutely great, from our first enquiry they were quick to answer our many questions as this was our first time in Madagascar. They will sure to set your mind at ease if you are worried about anything. We arrived for our 2 week stay to be greeted by the friendly property manager who again said if we need anything let him know, he also introduced us to Felicy and Tina who, if you wish, do the cooking and the cleaning. Both of them were so friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic, they were great with my sister who is disabled, involving her in every way and making her favourite puddings! We all agree as a family that no one has ever looked after us better than them! The villa itself is gorgeous, lots of lovely areas to go to read a book on your own, then a big dining table on the veranda where you all join together again! The pool is lovely, with beautiful views and just the right size for dipping. The beach is near too, a 5 minute walk to which we saw everything from eagles to kingfishers, chameleons and every colour lizard you could wish for! You just have to get used to them following you home! We didn't eat out much as Felicys cooking is so wonderful but we did drop in a few places for a THB (their local beer). Nosy iranja is one to visit too, talcum powder beach with loads of African atmosphere and we even saw sea turtles and the famous maki maki! We will certainly be returning, would recommend to anyone Thank you!
