This is a fabulous place for a family vacation. It’s extremely comfortable clean and convenient to everything in Wailea. We rarely used our car. The amenities are excellent on the property including sunscreen beach towels and access to the ocean. The villa itself is perfect and so new and beautiful. Would come back for sure

We have this spot saved for future stays! This place while tucked away is a beautiful walk from the condo to the beach. Eric was by far the best when it came to being accessible and helpful with everything we needed and then some. I couldn’t recommend this place more! We WILL be back.

The penthouse was beautiful! The location of the resort was in the middle of everything. We walked to dinner most nights, to The Shops just behind the resort. The staff was very helpful, some set up chairs and umbrellas everytime we went to the beach. Wailea is the Malibu of Hawaii, for sure. Excellent stay!

Fantastic Hosts. Beautiful Villa. Perfect Location.Everything about our stay at Eric and Camille's villa was exceptional! Communication was excellent. We had issues with our flights to and from Maui and the Peterson's were extremely helpful. They provided wonderful recommendations regarding restaurants and activities as well. (Get your reservations to Mamas Fish House ASAP.) In addition, they were so organized and responsive to our questions.The villa itself was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, yet comfortable for our family of five adults and a two-year-old. It was immaculate and honestly, every convenience imaginable was offered. I mentioned to Eric it was like vacationing at the Four Seasons or Grand Wailea but with more room and nicer!We absolutely loved the location, too. Just a few minutes from everything--the beach and pools, restaurants, shopping and golf. One of the best birthday celebrations ever! Thank you, Eric and Camille!

This property is simply amazing. We highly recommend Wailea Beach Villas, which is the perfect location in a wonderful area of Maui. This penthouse unit is also fantastic. It is tastefully decorated, and conveniently located just steps away from the hot tub and family pool. The walk to the larger adult pool adjacent to the beach is only about 4 minutes away. This has a much larger grotto style hot tub and infinity pool that we used often. As guests of the Villas we were also able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach, which were set up for us by helpful beach attendants at no additional charge. (Other than tips.) The property was fully equipped with additional beach chairs and pool/beach supplies, including snorkeling gear, for visits away from our immediate area. All in all, it is a wonderful property and we would absolutely visit it again. Also, the owners are extremely responsive and very friendly so communication was never an issue.We visited the Shops at Wailea located just behind the property – about 3 minutes away. This is a lovely shopping center with restaurants, ice cream and coffee joints, upscale retail stores, and a nice upscale market and ABC liquor store. We also regularly visited the Whale'sTale, a great beachside place for coffee and hot snacks just outside the front gate of the property on the beach. They have the best and freshest banana bread in Maui – highly recommended!!

This was a week in Wailea with four generations of family. The Peterson's condo was a perfect spot for my husband, daughter and me. The property in general is really quite fabulous, and the unit is beautiful, well-equipped, clean, spacious. The Petersons are great communicators, from the reservation process through to the end of our stay. The staff at the WBV is wonderful - an added bonus. We come to Maui almost yearly, but this was our first stay in Wailea, and we will definitely return.

This unit exceeded all our expectations for our family of five. The space was provided everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The unit was high-end, perfectly sized for our family, and had all the essentials provided. The unit came fully equipped, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying core necessities, even had beach gear and coolers! The highlight was definitely the lanai with its grill – we took advantage of this several nights and enjoyed cooking while taking in the beautiful surroundings.The location couldn’t have been better. Having direct access to both the pool and beach meant we could easily switch between the two depending on our mood. One day we’d relax by the pool, the next we’d head straight to the beach for swimming or snorkeling. And location was IDEAL! everything we needed was within walking distance. The proximity to local shops and restaurants gave us plenty of dining and shopping options without needing to drive. We even booked the luau at the property next door! This walkability made our vacation feel more relaxed and authentic.The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with amenities that truly enhanced our vacation experience. Beautiful flora and fauna, the combination of beach access, pool facilities, convenient location, and a well-appointed unit made this the perfect base for our family getaway. Highly recommended for families looking for an ideal location AND fully-equipped unit, with family atmosphere.

We had the best time! Check in was a breeze. The location was absolutely beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. The grounds were breathtaking and the villa was spotless with everything you could ask for. Eric was great to communicate with- always super friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

Clean & well equipped condo. Excellent location, relaxing atmosphere on property & close to walking path, golf courses, ocean and restaurants. Onsite staff friendly and helpful. Condo was roomy and comfy even with 6 adults.

The condo was perfect for our 5 adults plus a 2 year old. It is very close to the family pool and Shops at Wailea. Easy access to the beach. The condo has everything you could need in the kitchen. Beds are super comfy. Towels are provided at the pools and the beach. There is a great coffee/snack place right outside beach gate. We would definitely stay here again.you can have groceries and or boogie boards delivered to the condo.

We loved this spacious villa. This particular villa is close to the family pool, which is great with kids. Walk to the beach through the beautiful Wailea Beach Villas grounds (be prepared for some stairs to/from). Easy walk to the Shops next door and lots of restaurants in the area to walk or drive to. Perfect location for us.

We had a lovely family stay over Thanksgiving with a lot of great pool and beach time! Impeccably maintained property, very spacious, excellent kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, and great deck.
