THE JEWEL OF OCHO RIOS VILLA

The house was ok, but there was no water to use in the house after 10 pm and early morning, they shut off the water to save to money, when my kids goes out to party at night, then come back to the house and wants to take a shower there is no water in the pipes. My daughter and grand daughter almost got bitten by spider , and my granddaughter kept complaining about bugs crawling all over the floor and ceiling, but most of all it was the water for me , and we couldn't even get a blanket to cover in the night when it was cold it was not good at all. ceiling

Apart from a few minor things that can be fixed easily out stay at Sandra was a good one. Very nice and comfortable house. She tried her best to make us comfortable i would definitely stay there again in the future.

It felt and reminded me of home away from home. Those in charge were easily reachable when needed . Overall, my family had a good time

My stay was nice, but I'm very annoyed because the owner is very money hungry . I told her that the ceiling fan glass fell out when I was trying to pull the string to turn the light on. She was trying to get me to pay out of pocket for the whole fan when nothing is wrong with the fan just the glass came out which isn't our fault. It clearly wasn't in correctly. She puts in a claim for all this stuff talking about we rip the grill cover and we never even used the grill at all. We were going to use it but once we the lift the cover up and seen it was gas it was never touch. Also she said the gas of a bar stool was stratch up because we had it against the wall. The bar stool is old like tan wood. It's on the back of the chair who is gonna see that. Long story short I paid the damage property insurance she wanted me to pay her out of my pocket. But once I checked my rental agreement I noticed I paid for damages already once I mentioned that she gonna say I was gonna tell u already paid for it which she was not because she would have already said it from the beginning. Anyway she puts in a claim for the whole ceiling fan for $350 smh wants the whole fan replace, smh getting unnecessary money from insurance. Which she can get a the glass for it because nothing is wrong with the fan at all.clearly the maintenance ppl didn't fix it right.

This property is fabulous! I felt like I was at a wealthy family member home. it was Quiet peaceful tranquillity was at it's best. I felt secured! I stayed in the 5 bedroom home by self one night and never gave it one.thought about not being safe.

Ac is only in two of the rooms but the house is beautiful and there is tuns of space. You’ll love it!

The house is amazing and what I loved the most is that each room had its own bathroom. It was a total of 10 so having enough bedrooms and bathrooms was very important. It's a little hard to find but after a few trips into the town you will memorize the route. It's a quiet and peaceful community. We weren't bothered by anyone.

The place lives up to its name Jewel. It was a little hard to find the place at first...Sandra and the rest of her team ensured that we enjoyed our stay and that we were comfortable. Overall it's a good place to stay.

I stayed here at the jewels in May had a awesome time in Ocho rios . Very comfortable and a beautiful view yes i will return next year to spend my vacation here at this beautiful home in Ocho rios Jamaica .
