This property and staff exceeded every expectation for my 40th birthday celebration. Wayne, David, Ken, Horace, Pollyanna, Ziggy and the rest of the Golden Clouds team were so welcoming, hospitable and attentive. Every meal was delicious, and we appreciate their attention to detail regarding certain dietary restrictions within our group. The guest rooms were lovely, and the pool and view were second-to-none. We will most definitely be back.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this incredible property, and it was everything I hoped for and more. With 13 bedrooms in the main house (each with a private bath) and 2 optional rooms in the garden villa, it was perfect for our large group. Most rooms had ocean views or private terraces—absolutely stunning and so peaceful to wake up to.We chose the all-inclusive package, which made everything seamless: three delicious meals daily, non-alcoholic drinks, our own group bus and driver, and all gratuities included. It allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment together.The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. David kept the vibes high and the group hydrated at the bar, Horace ensured every meal and moment ran smoothly, Wayne wowed us with flavorful, satisfying meals every day, and John got us around the island safely and with ease.On property, we made full use of the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, kayaks, water trampoline, volleyball court, and private beaches. Whether we wanted adventure or relaxation, there was always something for everyone.This stay exceeded every expectation and set the bar high for future trips. The home, the views, the service, the food—every detail was top-tier. If you're looking for the perfect place for a celebration or retreat with loved ones, this is it. Wonderful staff , the chef accommodating my husbands Alpha Gal allergy was such a blessing! We had a wedding proposal with J and staff making it PERFECT! The views and grounds are to die for! We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud!

This was a spectacular place, trip, staff, amenities. We played basketball, tennis, swam at beach and pool, snorkeled, kayaked and went on several wonderful excursions. The food was fantastic (thanks chef Wayne) and all the staff was great especially our driver Uton. He took us anywhere we wanted to go and provided insight into all things Jamaica. I can't say enough about the beautiful grounds and setting. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures.

Amazing property, with very friendly staff, excellent food.

From the initial contact to discuss reservation, thru the entire process, vacation and departure, completely smooth communication! Oksana and her team know what they are doing. Everything was handled from moment you get out of airport thru the entire amazing vacation. The estate is beautiful and massive. The staff are amazing, there was nothing that was missing. Drinks, food, service, cleanliness of the place and the rooms, including laundry etc etc etc made for one of the best vacation experiences I have ever had (and I have been to some great places and luxury resorts). We never had a need or want to leave the house, as the water was pristine, amazing reefs for snorkeling and swimming, was great for ages 2-90! We celebrated my father's 90th birthday and we just had an amazing week. We are already talking about when we can go back. Great job Oksana, Jamoya, Horace, David, and all the rest of the staff for making it the most enjoyable vacation!

My friends and I just returned from our week at Golden Clouds and we had the BEST experience! From the moment you arrive to beautiful landscaping and warm greetings you know you are in paradise. The property is lovely and the views are breathtaking. The owners have spared no expense decorating and maintaining this gorgeous estate. If you are looking for a vacation where you just unpack and spend every day reading, swimming, or playing a fun game with friends, this is the perfect spot. We had 22 people with us and enjoyed just being together and enjoying laughs and games (pool, poker, tennis, board games, volleyball, etc.). What really made the entire trip perfect was the amazing staff! David made sure we had everything we needed and more. He was so kind and treated us like family. Blossom, the chef, prepared some of the most delicious meals we’ve ever eaten. The variety of food was incredible and we loved every single meal. Kenneth and Fabian were terrific and the housekeepers took great care of our rooms and clothing as if they were their own. We could not have asked for a more incredible vacation. We will definitely be returning to Golden Clouds the next time we visit Jamaica. Thank you so much for a GREAT trip, and thank you to all the staff that make the stay so enjoyable, they are truly kind and thoughtful.

Golden Clouds is a unique and very special place that epitomizes class, grace and elegance. From the moment you set foot onto the property, you will feel a sense of warmth, peace and serenity. We were a family of 22 celebrating our parent's 50th anniversary and we wanted to do it somewhere with a lot of character and style but not stuffy or pretentious. Golden Clouds more than met this requirement. It was simply heaven on earth - a perfect combination of old school charm and modern amenities. What I personally love the most is the stunning, tropical natural setting and the peaceful ocean view. The Jamaican warmth and kindness permeate throughout the villa, the food is exceptional and most of it is locally grown and raised. It was lovingly prepared by the amazing chef (Blossom) and served by the terrific wait staff (David, Ken and Lorenzo). Great food and amenities in addition to an attentive but non-intrusive staff make Golden Clouds a beautiful place in every possible way.

We just returned from a vacation in paradise. It was the first time that we travelled with children, parents, and grandparents anywhere - let alone to an exotic country. We decided on a villa, rather than a hotel because we had 6 children who needed places to play together and where we knew that they would be safe. Not that hotels aren't safe, but we had heard good things about villa rentals for families and we decided to take the chance. Our travel agent recommended Golden Clouds, and we are so glad that they did. It is an absolutely amazing place to stay and couldn't be more perfect for large extended-family vacations. The list of amenities is too long to list in this review, but some of the more popular activities for our group were swimming, tennis, beach, volleyball, ping pong, games room, playground and shuffleboard. The staff immediately made us feel like Golden Clouds was our home, and we lived a pampered life for a week. The meals prepared by Ms. Blossom and served by Jackson were beyond words. We got to know most of the staff and they were always extremely professional, but very warm and charming as well. As an avid gardener, I was fascinated by the Zen Garden? and the thousands of plants and flowers on the property. The gardeners were a great source of information and they had all kinds of tips about growing everything from Orchids to Oranges. We will be going back to Golden Clouds next year for our niece's wedding, and are counting the days before we return to this tropical paradise.
