Stayed Dec 31, 1969We are an old couple from Germany and had a really nice vacation in this house. The house is just 50 meters from a beautiful (and when we were there) empty beach. It's very quiet and has a perfect terrace from where you look out at the sea. Sabrina and her father in law, Archilles, were very nice and helpful. You need a car if you stay in this house. The next town is about 2 km away. This was one of the best holidays we had in a long time and we are coming back for sure. Rolf and Margit

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We booked the house looking for a cozy home in a relax place and close to the beach and rest of amenities. When we got there, it was just perfect! We stayed for a week and loved it. It has plenty of space (we were 4 girls), with an additional room for the clothes, big kitchen where we cooked and a nice terrace to have lovely dinners. At night we slept very well as the only noises are the sea and the crickets. It´s important to have a car as main cities and beaches are very close (10mins by car) but could not reach them by walk. The owner is a lovely person, he made us feel at home and was available for any question. Thank you for the lovely Holidays Casa di Avola!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice house close to sea. Suitable for all who prefer quiet place with no people. Very good location for trips in the midle of southeast coast. It is necessary to have a car, in walk distance is just one restaurant.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed this house very much! Perfect location to either do some tourism (Syracuse, Taormina, mount Etna...) or have a relaxing day at the beach. Thank you very much to Achille, we had great holidays!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was in a good location, and comfortable, very near the shore and a short distance from Avola which is a good size town with plenty of shops. Good distance from attractions such as Etna, Noto , Siracusa and Ragusa. Quiet in the off season but everyone was very friendly. Many thanks to Achille for all his help.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean, Silent, Good view of the sea. Owners very lovely and hospitable. The nearest amenities and shops in Avola only, it takes 5 min to go by car. It is a very narrow entrance in to the house , it is difficult to approach by the car. It is a lot of greens and flowers
