Stayed May 1, 2025What a beautiful place. One of the best Caribbean views I have ever seen. Property manager and staff were always helpful and guided us to the best places for provisions and restaurants. It’s a tricky drive for first timers and roads are pretty bad, especially as you get near the estate. 4wd is a must, especially if it’s raining

Stayed May 7, 2022This house is everything we imagined and more! Amazing views from every suite. We spent more time at this house than we ever had with our VRBO rentals. So much outdoor space to enjoy. Even the bbq grill area had a 360 degree view of the islands. The pool was fantastic. Our house contact was very helpful in selecting services. Her recommendations for island hopping, sunset sails, and in house chef were perfect. We also utilized the house dock for our sailing excursions and all went smoothly. I would not recommend this house for the elderly (unless they stay on the main level) as there are several levels and lots of stairs. We would absolutely stay here again and again.

Stayed Apr 17, 2022This is one of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The location can’t be beat for views, beauty and total privacy. The house is so stunning in person that you almost can’t believe it to be real. Our group was 4 couples and there was ample room to have your own space and privacy but lots of places to gather as a group and enjoy the scenery and each other’s company. Close to Soper’s Hole Marina for groceries, restaurants and boating. Smugglers Cove beach is a short 5 minute drive from the property and a beautiful place to spend the day. The owner Irene and property manager Ashley were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Without a doubt I would recommend this property and hope to have the privilege to come back again some day. Until then we are still basking in our memories from a beautiful vacation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969As someone who has traveled extensively, I can easily say that this was one of the most unique and wonderful places I have ever stayed. Steele Point is perched high above the entrance to an active sailing harbor on Tortola, with views in all directions from the main house. We felt like we were living in a five star lighthouse, watching yachts, ferries and fisherman moving about from island to island while ensconced in understated luxury. We expected James Bond any moment! The interior of the main house, along with every private bedroom, is modern and done with impeccable taste. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and cookware, including a Wolf stove, a wine fridge and an ice machine. The property includes an infinity pool from which to watch the boat traffic, a dock to snorkel off of and a number cozy seating areas. Even in stormy weather, which we experienced for much of our stay, we were thrilled to be there. The ferry dock is a 5 minute drive from the gated property, and a well stocked supermarket is close by. A coffee house and a few restaurants are also nearby. Sandy beaches are a short drive away. This place is ideal for anyone seeking privacy and elegance on a low key island. The bedrooms are all on different levels in separate buildings, so one needs to travel outside the main house to get to each bedroom. The master bedroom is just a few steps from the living/dining/kitchen area but the farthest bedroom is 3 flights down toward the waters edge, so a bit of a climb. Each bedroom has it's own unique decor, an outstanding view of the water and is beautifully designed. If you are traveling with friends or have older children, the property allows everyone privacy. Steele Point will remain at the top of our list for vacation spots. We can't wait to return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our 1st visit to the Steele Point Estate. 5 couples for 1 week. The villa worked perfectly. Bedrooms are nearly equal, and all are very, very beautiful with incredible private outdoor showers. Pool was excellent; in the sun all day so nice and warm. Many outdoor common spaces scattered throughout allowing for gathering together or escaping to be alone. Excellent WiFi, Amazon stick, large screen TV (although we rarely watched it - the views were too good). Beautifully decorated . Dream kitchen with all high end appliances plus a gas grill. You would be hard pressed to find a more sensational location for a grill – absolutely spectacular. We went snorkeling off the dock every day – so much fun!! The location is outstanding. Close to Smuggler’s Cove and Soper’s Hole. Found many great restaurants in this area. The views are the best we've experienced on any island – absolutely amazing. Stunning !! Staff is warm and friendly and provides all the services and privacy one would expect. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I was lucky enough to stay in the Steele Point house this Winter, and everything from start to finish was beyond words. The house itself was extraordinary... The architecture was amazing, and the view from our bedroom was amazing. It was a short distance from both a local beach where you could rent beach equipment, enjoy lunch as well as cocktails and also a short distance from a local restaurant! The best part about our whole trip was the everything was so convenient... The car rental and Ferry dock were less than a mile from our house, groceries could be delivered to the house for us, and the beach and local bars were only a short walking distance away. I would recommend the Steele Point villa for anyone looking for a relaxing, and totally private vacation!
