PET POLICY — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
• Pets are allowed only if disclosed in advance and approved before arrival
• Pet fee: $125 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet, per stay
• Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
• Do not bring pets without adding them to your reservation and paying the pet fee
• Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges, extra cleaning fees, and may be reported through the booking platform

HOUSE RULES
• No smoking or vaping - This is a smoke-free unit. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco products is not permitted inside the unit. Smoking inside the property is subject to a $500.00 fine
• No parties/events
• Primary guest must be 21+
• Please note that quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighboring guests and residents
• All pets must be disclosed, approved, and paid for before arrival
