The beautuful Butterfly Villa situated in the exclusive Silver Sands estate

We had the most wonderful stay at Butterfly Villa in Silver Sands, Jamaica — it truly exceeded expectations.The villa itself is beautifully and tastefully decorated, with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, which made it perfect for a comfortable, relaxed stay. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for.A real highlight was the incredible team. Diana, the cook, was absolutely amazing — every meal was delicious and made the stay feel extra special. Franceen, the housekeeper, was equally fantastic, keeping everything spotless and running smoothly. They both made us feel so welcome and looked after.The location is also ideal — just an easy 10-minute walk to a beach that is nothing short of paradise. Crystal-clear water, soft sand, and never too crowded.Beverley, the host, was extremely helpful throughout, always responsive and happy to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience seamless.We would absolutely recommend Butterfly Villa and would love to return.

Everything was Beautiful. The food the people the neighbors and the neighbors were all so nice. The house was amazing and the staff was top tier. Ms Beverly is an amazing host. She responded fast and even gave us some ideas on what we could do for entertainment. The whole trip was a 20/20. Definitely going to Book Butterfly Villa again. 1 love

Hello ThereMy and Family and I stayed at Butterfly Villa in Silver Sands for 5 night. The house was great and spacious. I personally love the pool area one of the reasons why I rented the property. Marva and Franciee was great. Marva cooked what ever we wanted ans we enjoyed everything she made. Wi-Fi was great. I will definitely come back. One thing I would say is buy some mosquito repellent. But all in all our stay was wonderful.

We had a really lovely stay — the space was comfortable and had everything we needed.A special thank you to Marva and Francene, who were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our time there. They really went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free.When our original car hire didn’t show up at the airport, we were given excellent advice and quickly signposted to a reliable alternative — such a relief!We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was prepared for us, and dinner on our second night was a real treat. We appreciated the local tips on where to shop and where to buy local products. We also got banana cake baked for us twice during our stay and a lovely welcome drink of homemade lemonade that was nice and refreshing.The location was perfect — it made visiting all the places we needed to go easy and convenient. The nearby beach was beautiful and never crowded. We loved taking peaceful morning walks to watch the sunrise; at times, it felt like we had our own private beach.The pool is a great size and was cleaned daily. We especially loved spending time out on the balcony.If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider adding air conditioning in the living areas — that would make an already great stay even better.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!

We had a truly wonderful 9-day stay at Butterfly Villa! The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The beach was beautiful and only a short 10-minute walk away and was great for relaxing and snorkeling if the waters were calm. We usually spent our afternoons enjoying the pool with our kids. It was the perfect place to relax and have fun as a family.What really made our stay special were Marva and Francine. They were so welcoming and warm-hearted, and their hospitality made all the difference. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious, and they went out of their way to ensure our daughter, who has celiac disease, wouldn’t be exposed to any gluten. Their care and attention meant so much to us, and our daughter was able to eat safely and enjoy every meal. My one suggestion would be to get beds that are softer as they felt too hard for my back. We made so many wonderful memories at Butterfly Villa and would absolutely love to return someday!

We loved our stay. We were there the last week of March. House met all of our needs. Beach was very quiet, the sand is so soft on your feet. Sea and the pool temperatures were great for cooling us off just a little. Francean and Marva took care of our every need, from airport transportation, grocery shopping, meals, cleaning and even helped us arrange a morning of snorkelling. The meals were so awesome, we had mostly American style breakfasts (pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, juice) and Jamaican dinners (jerk chicken, another wonderful chicken dish we had twice, curried goat, beef stew, garlic shrimp). For lunch we had leftovers and there was always fresh banana bread for snacking. Played a little tennis in the morning before it got too hot. There was a karaoke night at the beach club on Wednesday night. Will stay again some day.

This property is very comfortable. In addition to the bedrooms there are plenty of other spaces to enjoy your time. The outdoor furniture needs updating along with other areas of the home. The home staff was lovely and the traditional Jamaican dishes served were excellent.

Our stay at the Butterfly Villa was fabulous. Prior to arrival Beverly communicated promptly with answers to our questions and helped us line up a driver and our first meals. Franceen and Marva gave us a warm welcome and their hospitality throughout our stay was supherb! They went above and beyond in making sure we had what we needed and got to where we needed to be with our excursions, etc. The food they prepared was amazing and my kids ate more vegetables and tried more fruits than ever. The beach at Silver Sands is perfect, white soft sand, turquoise water and a the bar/grill on the beach is convenient and adds to the atmosphere. The neighborhood is safe and it’s fun to meet new people who stay in the homes there. We truly loved everything about our stay! Franceen and Marva are the highlight of this home. Wonderful accommodations! The property and private beach were wll maintained! Contact with host was fabulous. Franceen and Marva were absolutely amazing! Billy the driver was prompt and knowledgeable. I would stay again! We all had a wonderful experience!
