Texas Thistle #10 - Lakefront Villa with Resort Pool

The cabin was cute and orderly. The privacy was nice and the overall atmosphere was quiet.

We stayed at #10 for 3 night weekend. It was a very nice 2b/2bath house. Has great views even with the lake down. Wildlife everywhere every morning. The Marina worked great with us to secure a boat slip for our stay. Hardest part was storing the trailer. But the property manager worked with us to get it take care of. Had a few bugs but to be expected in this area. Overall A +. Will stay again.

Friendly, responsive staff, gorgeous view, clean throughout. When entering parking space for unit, beware of steep decline. Bathroom attached to second room seemed to slope to one side. It’s slight but noticeable, especially to wife who has vertigo. The sliding glass door does an annoying thing of wanting to pop open whenever we try to close it. On occasion there would be a loud noise—sounded like the lumber holding up the entire cluster of units was protesting. Check out is at 10a, which is atypical these days, but we called the staff only an hour before and were given an extension. The pool/spa was awesome—felt like we had found a secret paradise after spelunking deep into caverns. Walking distance to boat rentals on Lake Travis. Despite the issues, we found serenity and would definitely stay again!

We stayed 2 nights in the bungalow and loved it so much we tried to book a 3rd night before leaving. It was a bummer the pool was closed but that was a city ordinance due to COVID-19 and we knew that going so was not upset by it. The pool just looks even cooler than the pictures. But no worries we were only .1 mile from the Marina and were able to rent paddle boards and kayaks for the day and played on the water most all day. Hanging out on our patio eating and drinking while taking in the view was just what we all needed during this crazy time. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you!

Awful experience! Keys were not available at check in time like we were told they would be. It took over 1.5 hours to get in touch with the property management company and for someone to arrive with the keys. Once we finally got in the place was dirty there were dirty towels still in the bathroom.

The only thing about it was the front door opens to the bedroom...once you get over that, it’s a great place to hang your hat for a week

Very relaxing, facilities are exactly like the pictures and in good operating conditions. Area is very beautiful and with plenty of places to go and visit.

Very much an accommodating staff. Lovely grounds and very clean unit
