Sunswept Villa 4-riverwalk/park front w/ pool, near AMI beaches - pet friendly!

I loved how we were at the end of the Riverwalk which we used to ride bikes and walk on, we were close to the water and could watch the sunset, use the communal bikes, sit out at night, use the pool area, and relax in varied ways. Communication was top notch. We felt very welcomed. The studio room had everything we needed and was so cute.

Our stay in Bradenton was exceptional, and we would certainly return. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful little bungalow. The bungalow was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is a standout—having a park directly across the street for water-side dog walks was perfect. Theresa is a friendly, responsive host who made the check-in process seamless. Communication with her was clear and professional from start to finish; her instructions were straightforward and her responses timely. We were extremely happy with our experience.

This was our 2nd time at the villa. We love that it is so close to the riverwalk with beautiful views and having a small park across the street is a plus. The unit is spotless with everything you need and very private. It’s a great place for a quiet getaway. The hosts are very friendly and accessible if you need anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Just magical! The unit is sparkly clean and cozy with a big comfy bed. We spent every evening in what we called the “magic garden” relaxing by either the cocktail pool or the fountain under twinkling party lights. Easy access to all the things we wanted to do. Teresa and Adam are just such a joyful and attentive hosts. We have already booked our next stay and can’t wait.

This is unit good for a couple or a family with two smaller children. Not a big condo building!!! A great setting, wonderful yard with many things to do. Small pool but a lot of fun. This is a very clean and nicely appointed. You have everything you will need. Definitely do it again!!

We were very happy to have had the opportunity to stay at this cute villa with the enchanting backyard. This was our first experience with Vrbo and Adam and Theresa made it a very memorable one as they are the nicest couple and are very attentive to their rentals. Everything was exactly as pictured and every need was there for us to make our stay very enjoyable. We will certainly look to staying there again when in the area to visit family.

Every little detail was perfect in this villa... inside and out! Theresa was also was a wonderful host and responded to any questions I had promptly. I would 100% stay here again!

The unit was very nice, clean and well decorated. Definitely had a nice beachy feel. Loved the heated pool, the backyard was beautiful. Liked coming home at night and seeing that big tree all lit up. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even bikes there for your use.

The hosts were very professional. The studio contains everything we needed and is well decorated. Enjoyable to walk the river walk and appreciate the informative binder.

This was a lovely oasis for a warm getaway from the cold. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed to enjoy a 2 week stay.

This is a lovely rental. Great amenities, beautiful décor, comfortable bed. Having the park out your doorstep was a great bonus. We enjoyed a beach day at Holmes Beach as well as dining with a river view. Hope to be back!

Our villa was perfect for a romantic getaway, clean and filled with everything we needed for a great trip. The pool and backyard offered beautiful outdoor spaces and as guests, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Communication with our host Theresa was excellent and she was very accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Sweet spot for you and your spouse

Unit is just as pictured, nicely furnished, comfortable and immaculate. Very nice unit, with large Smart TV, KCup Coffee maker with all appliances , bicycles and beach stuff to use, grounds and pool area are really cute. Owner/host is one of the best, fast response....would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed before Helene. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated inside and out. Cute, welcoming personal touches even a bag of snacks with our Dog's name.
