Sunshine with swimming pool, very close to the beach!

This villa is superb - home from home, spotless and so comfortable. Its location is great, next to a beautiful beach but away from very busy areas. Having the restaurant at the bottom of the hill was perfect.The pool is amazing and view is stunning. Pictures don’t do it justice. Host is great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Svetlana was great. She provided a lot of useful information on restaurants, sites and beaches. Lindos and the island of Rhodes had so much to offer that we couldn’t do or see it all. We would really recommend this place and would definitely come back.

We stayed in Sunshine Villa for a week. It was a perfect place to be as with temperatures daily in the mid thirties we had our own pool in which to regularly cool off. It’s a steep but short walk down to the beach, but that wasn’t a problem and we swam there every morning before breakfast. The large bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The supermarket in Kalithos was well below average but there’s a good one in Archangelos. We got fantastic fresh F & V at the local wholesaler down by the beach. We had a car which was necessary for our adventures around the island. If you are considering this apartment you need look no further. Svetlana was a very considerate host.

We had a great time in August staying in this wonderful villa with our family (2 teens 15 & 17). The house is well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The garden area is superb and we spent many hours enjoying the pool and views from the terrace. The weather was very hot so we appreciated the air conditioning! The beach is really close and there is a large area where you can sit on the shingle without having to pay for a sun bed for the whole day. We enjoyed hiring paddle boards and doing the ringos! We didn’t hire a car in the end but used the bus service from Lindos Blue hotel and taxis to get to/from Lindos town which worked well. We also did Captain Manolis’s boat trip from the beach which was really fun. Svetlana was a great host and responded straight away to any queries we had both pre trip and when we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend to our friends.

We have been renting villas for many years but this ranks as one of our favourites . The house is well equipped and very comfortable but we particularly loved the pool area and views out to sea . The pool was a wonderful temperature,warm enough to enjoy while refreshing too , The bay itself is mainly hotels or villa complexes whereas this one is private and quiet. The nearest small hotel Lindiam jewel was a pleasant place to have a drink . We loved that you could walk to the beach in 5 minutes to swim . Early July the beach was quiet except at weekends -but lots of room for all . Lindos was 10 minutes away by car and this is the place for evenings out as there isn’t much in the bay itself . It was always good to come back to such a relaxing spot !

The house is new, friendly and clean. the wonderful pool made for a great cooling despite the heat. always my pleasure.
