1703 Shipmaster is a wonderfully appointed 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. This dog-friendly vacation home offers an open-concept floor plan, wood flooring on the first floor, cable TV throughout and a private patio with a flat top propane grill.

The living area features comfortable furnishings and a large Smart TV, as well as access to the patio through sliding doors. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the galley-style kitchen has stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of counter and cabinet space.

Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a day bed with a twin trundle, TV and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This property has 2 parking spots in front of the townhome.

This property allows 1 well-behaved dog, under 25lbs, for an additional fee of $225 plus tax.

Shipmaster Hilton Head Island rentals are only a leisurely 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride (2-minute car ride!) on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
