146 Island House is new to the vacation rental market for spring of 2024! This beautifully renovated, dog-friendly, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat has been extensively remodeled from top to bottom with all new LVP flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen and more!

The open concept living area features comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV. The dining area is open to the living room and seats 6 comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances. granite counters and a tiled back-splash.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private en-suite with a large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features multiple sleeping options with a full size bed and twin bunk beds. This room has access to a bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower as well.

Please note: 2 small, well-behaved dogs allowed at an additional fee of $225 plus tax per pet.

This Island house allows 2 cars MAX. Per the Island House HOA.

The Island House complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
