Welcome to Greens 170, a stunning two-bedroom, dog-friendly townhome perfectly located just a quick walk to the beach and community pool. This beautifully appointed two-story property offers the ideal home base for your Lowcountry escape, accommodating up to six guests with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements and premium amenities throughout.

The main level of the townhome features an open-concept living space. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV and accessto the private patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area seats six, with the beautifully renovated kitchen just beyond. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, marble counters and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a lowcountry feast!

Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The primary bedroom features a Smart TV, luxurious king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a Smart TV and access to a full guest bathroom, making it perfect for children or additional visitors. An additional sleeper sofa in the living area offers flexible sleeping for extra guests, while a convenient powder room on the main level completes the bathroom layout.

The outdoor living space includes a patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill, ideal for evening cookouts while enjoying the island breeze.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
