Stayed Jun 20, 2024The condo and the complex amenities were in great shape! The condo was clean and updated. We really enjoyed it! Location was great regarding proximity to the beach, town center, restaurants, etc. the only drawback of this was being right next to the public parking lot and a lot of traffic and noise. At night, we heard a lot of revving of cars and loud music at all hours. FYI, the stairs in the unit are a little difficult, especially for older adults or children. It fit our family of three really well and we had plenty of space. The only drawback of this unit related to the AC. The vent above the main bed was dripping water (slight drip) and the temperature was requested not to go below a certain temp due to freezing the unit. Other than that, we loved this place and would stay again!!

Stayed Apr 4, 2024There are not enough compliments for the 415 FBV condo. Comfortable quality in every way. So conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The complex, itself, was quiet and clean.
