We had a wonderful time. LOVED having the hot tub as the days were a little cooler. Any issues or questions were always addressed. The carpet in the primary bedroom was pretty old and needed a redo. Otherwise all good.

Large house in excellent conditions with all necessities & comforts of home, pool and spa were nice & warm. Customer service was exemplary. My only problem was with the pool table. The balls lost their shine, the rails and felt were worn out or seemed to be from the sun/heat, since it is actually outside where the sun and rain get to it. Bad location for it. Although the are 3 planks to protect if from the rain, it just doesn't seem enough to keep the table in good shape. If the pool table & balls ware redone I would stay there again. We are pool freaks & enjoy having a few gpod pool games. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy that part of our stay. We had to find something else to occupy that time frame.

Everything was as expected

This house has unique charm, water front canal view, and a relaxing feeling: this experience is one we welcomed and truly appreciated. The house is located on a lovey strip of elegant well manicured homes. The quiet ambiance, cleanliness and amazing view provided us an unparalleled oasis of peace. We look forward to visiting again!

The home is lovely and the pictures are very accurate except for the pool cage which was damaged in Hurricane Ian and had to be removed. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the pool and deck chairs and seeing sunset, boats and wild life in the canal. We even got a photo of an eagle snagging a fish in the canal. Properly Managerxwas very responsive to our questions and issue with door lock which was quickly replaced. We would stay here again.

Great house, loved the bed in the master. Area was hit pretty hard by Ian so a lot of places on the water were closed. We wanted to take advantage of being on the water. Didn’t know they left a boat on the lift and weren’t permitted to keep a trailer on the drive. No place around to park your trailer. We were able to tie up to the dock and just blocked the trailer with out truck in the drive. Problem with check in- house not available til the time slot given and there’s a CRAZY ALARM on all the back doors that went off until I finically figured it out. No one knew how to help.

Had a great vacation in Cape Coral. The house was everything we needed. It was clean, well maintained, and in a good location. Home owners were very responsive. Would recommend!
