Sunny house with exceptional holiday feeling

We (8 adults) spent a week in this lovely house, which is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Location is great, very quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk (downhill) to amenities in Luz and the beach. We loved the outdoor space pool and beautiful view from the terrace. NB there is no oven but we made good use of the bbq. We paid extra to heat the pool which was money well-spent! Could have done with more than 4 sunbeds though. Communications and check in and out was easy and efficient. Highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Starting with the communication with Tom from the agency and ending with our perfect week in this beautiful house. I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa da Andorinhas in Luz in the last week of September 2023. We were eight people (4 adult couples) and had plenty of space for everyone, including the beautiful outdoor dining and pool area. With an amazing view, the house is well-equipped, attractive and comfortable. The management was efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend the house to others as a great adult-friendly option in Luz, and we hope to come back again in future.

Gorgeous space in an old. Views from the pool and patios are exceptional. Rooms sparse but why would you spend much time there! A short walk to Luz and the beach. A few kinks. Cleaning was not complete when we arrived for check-in, and for some rooms turning over sheets/towels took until the following day. The cleaner was often in the place throughout the week using the washing machine and on the deck, which made the space feel less private. The pool is very cold unless you pay an extra €150 fee for heating, which wasn't clear in the VRBO description. Property management was helpful and responsive! Overall would stay again.

A wonderful spacious property that’s sleeps 10 easily. Great outdoor space, pool & bar area that all the family enjoyed. Would 100% recommend to anybody. Check in was made easy, with clear communication from the property manager. Would definitely book again if going to Portugal!

We were 5 adults and four children. The accommodation was perfect for this distribution. Everything was nice for us and we have nothing to complain about. We had a great two weeks in the house. Luz and the surrounding area is very varied and we will not have been here the last time. Many thanks, also for the super good and professional handling

We loved our stay in Tom’s gorgeous house. Particularly loved the outside space and pool. Location was great, it felt secluded but n easy 10 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants (little longer home ?) Perfect family beach/pool holiday

The villa is beautiful with incredible views of Luz. We loved all the outside spaces and the peaceful location. The management team were very helpful and on hand to answer any queries quickly. Very well equipped villa. Would highly recommend - we will be booking again!
