Sunland is a lovely community for all visitors. Come and explore this adorable community - attend a concert, swim in the Columbia River, visit our awarding winning wineries. This home is the rear unit of a 2 unit home. There is a shared garage space between the 2 units with laundry, spare fridge, bbqs and storage space. Shared grassy yard out front and plenty of parking. Access to the rear unit is along the side of home, shared sidewalk entry.

Stayed May 29, 2026Cyndy is responsive and wonderful. We had an issue finding towels, and she responded quickly and was very kind. No issues with that at all but towels should be in bathroom, not in a store room off to the side. Also, the grounds were nice and very quiet overall. So some issues were that when we arrived there was still food from the last guest in the refrigerator. It wasn't like a creamer or unopened bottle of beer to pass along, but a bag of old Chick-fil-A and open soda. Also, the trashcans were not emptied and the dishwasher was not emptied either. The final issue is this, please for the love of god replace the mattress' on the beds. Maybe if you are 20 years old you will be fine, but it is really bad when you struggle to sleep. We paid a lot for two nights, and I expect much more for this price. I know we had to pay for a cleaning fee for this place, so I expect the place to be cleaned when I arrive, and I stand firm by that belief.
