This villa is a great choice for families, The open kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals together, The bedrooms were spacious, and we appreciated having a bathroom attached to the main suite, The location is convenient for exploring nearby villages and beaches,

The villa itself is lovely, however the lack of service and response from the caretaker leaves you with a very poor experience. During our 10 day stay, we experienced the following: - Dishwasher was broken and therefore the plates had encrusted food from unfinished cycles. Despite numerous whatsapp messages, calls to customer service and even emailing the owner, the dishwasher never worked during the 10 days we were there. Hopefully we did a good enough job of washing up for the next set of guests. - The A/C in the second bedroom was not functioning when we arrived. We managed to get a technician on the 5th day to fix it. - There is a dryer, but it doesn't work (we think it wasn't plugged in). - The drains were backed up in the upstairs bathrooms. We bought some draino which did the trick - not sure why the caretaker wasn't able to do that? - There is a gas BBQ as advertised, but no gas... We finally did get the caretaker to provide this on day 4... - The mosquito screens are all in disrepair. Make sure you bring spray with you or you will be very miserable. - The caretaker will ghost you... - On the day we left, someone visited the villa in the middle of the night to put the hose into the pool presumably to fill it up for the next set of guests. My daughter heard noises and got a fright... We saw the hose in the pool in the morning, and then a few hours later, the hose had been removed...This was very unsettling. Things to note: - Driveway is very steep - The road to the villa is not for the faint of heart, DO NOT ARRIVE AT NIGHT the first time. - There is only one (working) parasol

Great villa with wonderful views let down by poor maintenance & caretakers / owners that don’t care. Many appliances didn’t work, lack of plates & glasses & no hot water until 2nd day. Caretaker & owners contacted but no effort to rectify anything. Avoid this property if you want a trouble free holiday.

What a place. Definitely need a car, but the mountain road is worth it. Great welcome pack. The whole 2 weeks was just what we needed. Stunning views, superb

This could be a lovely villa but needs attention. The hob didn’t work, door handle off bathroom door blinds broken, there was no maid service the whole 3 weeks we were in the villa. After a week we asked for clean sheets and towels Had to ask 5 times before they arrived on day 13 minus the towels Won’t be going again

Fantastic house with a view even more spectacular than in the pictures. We did experience a few problems though. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived. Housekeeper responded quickly, though, and got delivered a small back up the day after, and a repairman fixed the broken refrigerator a couple of days later. But a beautiful place like this deserves better care. A lot of other things was broken too. Many lights defect, like in dining room, kitchen, stairs to 1 floor, some outdoor lights, none of the satellite receivers was working, the kitchen fan was dead, one of the air conditions was working poorly, and one the toilets wouldnt flush. Also, many doorhandles was loose or broken. A janitor should fix these things before future guests. Then this place would be absolutely perfect. Some advices for future guests: Keep the door closed if you do not want the house full of mosquitos and wasp. A car is a must here, and DONT arrive in the dark first time. The roads here can be a little scary first time. The GPS sometimes suggests the shortest route from the highway, but DONT select that. Drive to Sayalonga first and THEN you can trust the GPS. That route is a little longer, but quicker and safer. We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back.

Drive to the villa is not for the faint hearted especially at night The villa itself is first class , all mod cons , very comfy beds , only negative is the fly nets aren’t fitted very well , kitchen was constantly full of mosquitoes, maybe coming in from the extraction hood . Lots of flowers and plants around the house, again we were attacked by mosquitoes at night so made use of the spacious lounge with tv / Netflix available. Fantastic shower , plenty of hot water great water pressure. Lots of wildlife!! Very peaceful and relaxing.
