Sun, sea, tranquility and greenery!

we enjoyed the holiday, it is a beautiful house with a beautiful view. Mauricio, the owner was very nice. In the house we had absolute privacy and peace. by car, as they are very close. We went swimming on the beach Bussana ... The only error to this house to perfection is the pool.But still, it was a nice holiday.Thank you and best regards from Slovakia

We really enjoyed our stay at the nice house with terrace. The climate was really nice so we could keep the windows and doors open all the time and had a lovely breeze in the rooms. The place is very well prepared with all you need such as cooking materials, dishes, cutlery, microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, and so on. The only downside was that it had no internet (which I needed for the occasional work I had to do), but we could use mobile phone internet, no problem. The hosts were very nice also and reply to emails quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Above all else we wanted to sit outside with a glass of wine and be able to gaze out to sea views and green landscape - this was in abundance. When booking a sunshine holiday we concentrate on the outdoors. However this property was also one that you would not be disappointed with if you were stuck indoors. A large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and well furnished. A large bedroom that - despite temperatures in the 30's - was cool because of a nice cross-breeze from large windows. Property did not have internet (but we were aware of that beforehand) and although at the beginning this caused a little frustration it resulted in us making better use of our time. We did not have a car (because of my dislike of car hire companies hidden insurance excess charges). Angela (our host) very kindly picked us up (an dropped us off) from local town. Inbetween we walked and bussed and enjoyed the enforced exercise. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Riva Ligure with its safe/clean public beaches and excellent restaurants was an unexpected find. We visited San Remo on market day for the princely bus fare of 1.50Euro (Buses ran every 20mins). We flew in/out of Nice and caught train to Italy (less than 10 Euros). Our travel costs during our stay in Italy were a fraction of car hire charges without the worry/stress of having car scratched or trying to find the elusive car parking spot. Not forgetting Pompeiano, Castellaro and Arma Di Taggia all worth a visit.

This property was clean and comfortable with beautiful views from the balcony. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It is situated in a lovely quiet area close to a couple of charming restaurants. We loved our stay, thank you.
