Beautiful home in a very nice gated community with access to many amenities including a really nice beach club. Perfect location for exploring the area. The house was very beautiful and well equipped and we had such a great vacation. Was perfect for our group of 10. Not a single complaint here!

What a truly special property. A very short walk to the beautiful beach, ocean views from the balcony, a pool right outside your door, and four beautiful bedrooms each with their own bath. On top of this, the place was immaculate and Brenda went out her way to ensure we had an amazing stay! Would absolutely stay again.

This was the cleanest and most beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make daily breakfasts. The decor was really lovely - fun colorful touches everywhere - my 9 year old son slept in the sloth room - he loved it:). It was a lovely haven to come back to after a day out in the sun adventuring. Brenda was the icing on top of the cake - she was so helpful with trip planning, booking adventures and transportation, and always responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat:)

Our experience at Palma Real was 5 stars! The property exceeded expectations. The villa is gorgeous and so well cared for. The kitchen provided all the convenances that we have in our home, it was perfect. The gathering areas were furnished beautifully from the lovely dining and living area to the covered outdoor spaces. All the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and were fitted out with private bathroom spaces. We really enjoyed the modern conveniences of the villa as well as its Costa Rican artwork. Brenda the property manager was outstanding with her pre-visit assistance in setting us up with Jeffery Gomez our driver/tour guide and suggesting excursions which really made our trip memorable. Jeffery was amazing with his expert driving skills which are truly needed with some of Costa Rican road conditions. He was a huge factor in making our trip so fun and adventurous with his excellent hosting skills. Ask for Jeffery even if you just need airport transfers but highly recommend him for some outstanding side tours as well. We did rent a vehicle to run around locally, which I would recommend based on the location of the Villa. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again at this amazing property!

We had a great time in Costa Rica! The house manager was fantastic! She made the best suggestions and was always available when we had questions or concerns. The house itself is well stocked as far as kitchen items and linens go. Downstairs is a bedroom with two beds and the main living area. Upstairs is the other three bedrooms and loft with TV. The location was great. It was as right next door to the JW and had a walking bath if you were planning to go over to their property. The beach club was great, you do have to pay to enter, but get to use an equal credit toward food and drink either by the pool or in the restaurant. The food was pretty good and fairly reasonable. You can rent surf boards here but if you are looking to surf, would suggest going to Tamarindo to get a rental for the week. We plan to be back!

We had an amazing time. Stayed for twelve nights. Everything was perfect.

Our stay was amazing. We had two family’s and there was enough room for everyone to have personal space. The pool was great and very close. Looking out the back of the house had amazing views of the water. A very short walk to the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen. I would post a picture if able but beautiful. The beach club was also great and kept everyone busy. Visit Tamarindo (food, shopping, beach and surfing) check out surf shop SurfMore they were amazing to work with our family. When parking there are people who charge but they really don’t own the lot, it is public parking but they are hustlers trying to get you to pay. Walk away and they can’t do anything at all, they will hassle but just don’t engage. If you are a family of TV watchers this place has one, but we didn’t mind because there was so much to do. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
