Stayed Sep 19, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was a clean, comfortable place to use as our home base as we explored various places on Oahu. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping and other resorts. We enjoyed the ocean view as well as the amenities offered at Beach Villa. We would happily stay here again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025The Beach Villas is a very nice place to stay. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Our check in process was disappointing. We were told we could check in at 2:30. We arrived at 2:40 and did not get into the room until almost 3:15. The front desk could not get a hold of the person that needed to escort us to our room. Finally they had the cleaning staff let us in. The person that was to escort us texted me at 3:20 saying she was sorry but she was in the middle of something. I asked if we could get an orientation of the property and the villa and she said if I wanted that I could arrange it. ?? she should have just taken care of it. Some of the towels in one of the bathroom had someone else's hair on them. I had problems with getting the oven to work correctly and the large burner I used had to be on high to cook anything. The beds in 2 of the rooms are very uncomfortable. I stayed in the master bed and it was pretty comfortable; however, the pillows did not smell fresh and clean. Upon checking out, we found someone else's underwear and sock behind the dresser.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025We wanted a condo where we had good access to pools and the beach. We had plenty of space, and bathrooms for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler. All the amenities were first rate.

Stayed Dec 13, 2023This was a great vacation. The place included snorkel gear, a wagon, beach chairs and a cooler which all came in very handy! The entire place was beautiful.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The property was perfect and great. Outside the unit perfect. But unit very expensive for all the problems. The problem was with the unit itself. Coffee machine not working. Washer and dryer not working. Not enough towels for beach nor bath towels. Inside maintenance needed and cleaning could have be better. I wanted a refund for the washer and dryer not working. Never heard back

Stayed May 13, 2023Loved the condo and the property. Definitely felt at home and appreciated the space for a family of 6. The half bath was a nice bonus. The resort area is in a convenient spot to so many different activities on the island.
