The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa (1,500 square feet) is located on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Tower, facing the pool and Lagoon 2. This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and includes:
- King-sized bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, a deep tub, double sinks, and a separate walk-in shower
- Second bedroom with a queen-sized bed
- Third bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request)

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

- Resort Amenities -
Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking (may require a one-time $25 fee per vehicle)

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future.     Great place for kids, pool and lagoon are very safe and well thought out. Rental included all equipment we needed for the water. Location had easy access and close to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

    Four of us stayed in the condo. Easy access off the highway. The host met us at the resort to ensure the checkin went smoothly. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Slow season so no crowding for pool chairs or tables. Pool lounges could use new cushions due to staining but no rips or tears. Live music at the bar 5-7 pm was nice. Bar prices are very high, $20/drink which is typical so go to Safeway a few miles away and stock up. Had a quiet pool and a normal pool with a few kids. We preferred the normal pool because of the people interaction. Great lunch down at Marriott’s longboard cafe with reasonable prices. Will return for sure.

    We really enjoyed having a whole condo with full kitchen & shared spaces. Some of the best vacation time is spent in the down moments when everyone is just hanging out, and hotel rooms do not provide that. These villas are great. Only downsides of the property are lack of commercial options - close grocery & eateries, and the actual beach is meh.

    This is a beautiful condo in a great location. I was here with my 2 grown children, their spouses, a 6yo, 3yo and 1yo. The floor plan is perfect for families. Bedrooms are in the back, the living room/kitchen open up to the Lanai with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a nicely stocked outdoor storage bin that has goggles, fins, umbrella, lawn chairs, two coolers and a wagon along with beach toys for the children. The facility has a very strict policy of not hanging wet towels or bathing suits anywhere outside so it was a little challenging on where to let them dry indoors. That said it does provide beautiful views everywhere! Aloha

    The property was beautiful with courteous staff and relaxing vibes. The villa was impressive and worth the cost for our stay. There is a gym equipped with everything you need for a full workout, a quiet pool that opens early for lap swims, koi ponds where gueats can partake in feeding twice a day, a gorgeous lagoon pool with hot tub and even a sand bottom beach pool. Be aware that if you plan on having a few drinks by the pool, you should use the ice chests provided in the room and take your own. The poolside bar is WAY over-priced at $17 for a rum and coke. Be sure to utilize the pool-side grills as well. The bar food is also WAY over-priced and underwhelming. Another aspect of the lagoon pools is that you aren’t allowed to play music (at any volume). I encourage you to enjoy the Paradise Cove Luau, as it is one of the best on the island, going into the cultures and history of Hawaii. It's located jist down the street from the property. There is also a market nearby but i would recommend only using it for essentials until you can get to the nearby walmart or safeway. If you're a golfer, this is the perfect property for you, as the golf club is just across the street and has an immaculate course. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Aloha and Mahalo!
