This listing combines two adjacent three-bedroom villas, located just down the hall from each other, offering a perfect solution for large groups or families. Each villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), with a maximum occupancy of 8 per villa. - About the Ko Olina Resort -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- About the Two Villas -
These two adjacent villas are located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower, each offering stunning views of the lagoon pool and lagoons. Each villa is independent and features:

- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 8 per villa.
- Master Bedrooms: King-sized bed, attached lanai, and private 5-piece bath.
- Second Ensuite Bedrooms: Choice of 2 twin beds or 1 king bed with an attached bath.
- Third Bedrooms: Queen-sized bed with a ¾ bath just off the hall.

Additionally, BT 307 has a queen-sized sofa bed for extra guests. This combination of two villas is perfect for groups of up to 16 people (infants and toddlers under 2 are excluded from the headcount). If you're looking for 6 bedrooms and 6 baths with a bit of separation between the two villas, you'll love the proximity—just 100 feet apart.

Both villas are directly overlooking the lagoon pool, with views toward the lagoons and ocean. The villas include modern amenities, including large flat-screen TVs in the living rooms and all six bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable.

Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future.     We loved the set up of these two condos. Perfect for our large family. The pool and lagoon were so great and relaxing, the condos were comfortable and the views were amazing.

    My family had an amazing 2 weeks at Beach Villas in Ko ʻOlina. The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful, but with so much at your figure tips. Great places to eat and shop within walking distance. Pool and lagoon areas were beautiful and well maintained. Easy access to main routes so that we could get wherever we needed to go on the island easily. The accommodations were clean and just as pictured. We spent a great deal of time out on the decks, which we loved. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

    This is an amazing property. Even nicer than the pictures on line. Our group of 6 couples arrived to celebrate a Navy retirement and were very comfortable in the large bedrooms, open common living room/ kitchen/diningroom, opening up to the lanai.

    This place feels like someone bought with the intention of it being a cash cow while putting as little effort/money as possible to maintain the property. Pros Location Amenities Instacart orders accepted prior to arrival Ice machine onsite Variety of beach toys 2 parking spots per condo Repair requests handled quickly Cons On arrival, we were told that dryers in both condos had just been checked and nothing was wrong with them, but to only dry a few things at a time. Understatement of the year. We gave up drying a towel and shirt in 303 after 2 hours. 307’s dryer was worse. When maintenance arrived, clearly they were called often to “repair” the dryers. At this price point, they should work. We were given a book of rules about 50 pages long for the condos. One rule was that you cannot leave any clothing items on the balcony, so forget drying your towels out there. They’re quick to hand out tickets. A ticket was even given to us for parking outside the lines when, in fact, we were well within the lines. While this is a separate issue from the property owners/managers, expect to deal with it if you rent here. Scratched furniture, broken lamps, and stained carpet & paint did not align with the price, even making allowances knowing it’s not as easy to update items as it is on the mainland. The dishwasher in 307 didn’t work well, requiring multiple cycles to clean. Tub stoppers didn’t work. There was a general lack of attention to detail.

    We had 8 adults and 4 kids in the two condo's that were just down the hall from each other. We stayed for 7 days, alternating relaxing days at the resort's beach and pool, with days where we visited Waimea Canyon, Diamond Head, the Dole Plantation, Pearl Harbor, and Hanauma Bay. We also went on Captain Bob's snokeling excursion and to the near-by Paradise Cove Luau. We experienced two problems. The unit above one of our condos had a pipe break which caused water to rain down on the kitchen. Maintenance guys quickly stopped the leak and cleaned up the water, as much as possible, with wet vacuums and fans. Also, one of us lost their wallet (or had it stolen) and another had their credit card number stolen. In both cases, their credit cards were used by the thieves, prompting shutting down of the cards and police reports.

    We traveled with a family group of 12, ranging in age from 1 year to 75 and had everything needed for a fun and relaxing time. The property and amenities were superb.
