Stayed Jan 10, 2026The property was very comfortable, in a fGreat community. The hosts were very accommodating. They had local company come by a couple times to service the pool. We had one issue with the washing machine which quickly resolved by the local maintenence company. A wonderful experience and we would stay there again!

Stayed May 25, 2025This was the perfect size house for our family of 4. I loved that the pool had a covered lanai and the safety fence around the pool provided extra security. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee maker, plenty of cookware). There were plenty of toys for the pool in the garage and lots of beach toys and chairs and umbrella for the days we went to the beach. The drive to Manatee Beach was very easy. We would definitely come back if were would come to this area again.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025We stayed 6 nights. 3 older adults. Pool was warm, outdoor seating was nice. The neighborhood was pretty quiet at night, no loud parties. The house is a bit outdated but is kept overall in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. 2 different sitting areas with couches and chairs. We enjoyed our stay and quite possibly would stay there next year should it be open when we make reservations.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024VERY NICE HOUSECOULD USE NEW COUCHES IN FAMILY ROOM, THERE A LITTLE MUSTY OR PERHAPS AN ANIMAL HAD STAYED MY ALLERGIES REALLY FLAIRED UP. BBQ IS NOT NEW FLAMES SHOOTING OUT.HOUSE SHOULD BE DEEP CLEANED, BASEBOARDS MOULDINGS ETC, DIRTY.LAYOUT OF HOUSE IS VERY NICE, THANKS FOR HAVING THE POOL WARM WHEN WE ARRIVED. UNFORTUNATLY WE COULD NOT GET THE ICE MAKER TO WORK. OVER ALL VERY NICE STAY AND WOULD COME BACK AGAIN.

Stayed Jul 9, 2024I did not like having to buy laundry detergent to do sheets. It was requested by management to start laundering the sheets. There was an empty bottle there.
