Stayed Jul 3, 2024This is by far the best home we've stayed at in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake! Beautiful home, with so many guest stay enhancements. Game Room was awesome and a family pleaser, as well as plenty of pool toys for all ages, and presence of play-n-plays, high chair, and strollers was a great surprise. The kitchen had so many things you need as a guest, and we were so happy to see the complete kitchen package. The bedrooms were a great sleep experience, and the smaller kids loved the Pooh Bear bedroom!! We are looking forward to staying here again. The owners responded quickly to questions, and were very helpful. 5+ star experience!

Stayed Dec 20, 2021We booked this house for a week over the Christmas holiday. The house was clean, had tons of stuff for kids, and an amazing pool. We had a small problem with the pool and heating of it, but that was lack of our knowledge about how it exactly works. For those who don't own a pool hottub combo, only 1 can be heated at a time. So if you turn the hottub on, the hot water is directed there. If you want the pool to heat up, keep the hot tub off. House had everything we needed, even basic cleaning supplies. Property manager was responsive, even when we messaged on Christmas eve and day (which I hated). Neighborhood was nice an quiet. It is a gated community, which I must have missed in the description. Would stay here again. The only slight issue we had was on our 4th day we woke up to these tiny bugs on the kitchen table. We cleaned the table, but later that night they were back. We notified the property manager, and they said they would look into it. We took everything off the kitchen table that night, placemats and decorations, and kept them on one of the extra chairs in the corner, and never had an issue again. It was so weird. But other then that we had no issues. Communication with the property manager and owner was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa was wonderful, we felt that we were at home with everything that we would need and wanted, even things we didn’t even realized we wanted. We are all sun worshippers and were a little worried that this villa was not south facing, but Chris and Karen said we would get plenty of sun and they were not wrong. The lanai was in direct sun from about 8am to just before 6pm, so we had a lot of lounging time out by the pool. On the days the kids took a break, they were in love with the Games Room and they were completely entertained. Thanks for this beautiful home and we will definitely be back. Karen and family

Stayed Apr 21, 2021The villa is as advertised, it really is a home away from home and the games room was fun for the entire family. They had video games that appealed to every age group. Between the Games Room and the pool we barely saw the young ones. We can't wait to come back to stay at this villa.

Stayed Jan 26, 2021House was perfect for our family with 2 under 2! The owner had a pack n play, high chair, pool stuff for the young kids. The house was set up perfectly. We had a few hiccups with the pool and the AC but the owner and the property manager were awesome and got it handled so fast! We loved loved loved the house! Only small complaints are the two king beds need to be replaced. They are indented and older. Other than that we will stay here again!!
