This magnificent Tuscan stone farmhouse, crowned by a characteristic turret, is thoughtfully distributed across multiple levels and has been finely furnished to ensure a comfortable and refined stay for up to 14 guests. The property comprises 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, each carefully appointed to reflect the authentic charm of the Chianti countryside.

The main entrance to the villa is located on the second level, where the principal living areas unfold with generous proportions. This floor features a large living room complete with a fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs, 2 additional sitting rooms, and a spacious dining room with a table for 14 people. The fully equipped kitchen on this level is outfitted with a double oven, an ice maker, a 7-burner stove, and a dishwasher, making it ideal for preparing meals during extended stays.

At the garden level, guests will find 2 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom — one featuring a shower and the other a bathtub. Also on this level is the master bedroom, which enjoys the exclusive use of a freestanding jacuzzi bathtub as well as a separate bathroom with shower.

A flight of stairs descends to the lower floor, where the indoor heated pool is located. This level also accommodates a double bedroom accessible directly from the garden, complete with a private bathroom with shower.

On the upper level, which shares the floor with the main living areas, 2 further bedrooms are available, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

A refundable security deposit of 1,500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any deductions for damages or unpaid fees.

The rental price includes a number of services: final cleaning, daily maid service, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. Air conditioning is also included in the rental price. The use of the indoor pool is included, and pool heating is provided as part of the rental from May to October, with the pool maintained at a maximum temperature of 28°C to 29°C during this period. Outside of these months, pool heating is available on request at an extra cost, with the temperature reaching up to 30°C. City taxes, where applicable, are charged as an additional expense.
