Stunning Sea view villa with 6 bed, 6 bath, Heated pool, BBQ and Games atrium.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you needed for your stay. The welcome package was a great surprise. The pool was a nice size but could have been cleaned a bit more. Only one key for the house bedrooms are a bit tired could do with a bit of up dating. But the communal areas were very clean and spacious

There was 14 of us in total (10 adults & 4 children) and due to the size and layout of this villa we were not all on top of each other with plenty of space in and out of the villa. The villa has recently had a new kitchen / diner fitted which is very nice and modern and functional. The rest of the villa is more than adequate but if i was picky i would say that it could do with updating especially now as it has the new kitchen (maybe the owners already have this plan in the pipeline as they have already invested in brand new kitchen) The location of the villa is great, it has very nice views and the pool area is a great sun trap. There is a local shop which is only 5 mins walk from hotel and a 20/25 min walk will get you to the beach and restaurants etc. Overall this villa is a good villa that comfortably accommodates a large group of people and has everything you will need . The owners are very nice and keep in touch in case there’s any issues or anything that you may need plus when we arrived they had left all the essentials that you may need as soon as you arrived like milk, tea, coffee, eggs, bread etc etc to save you having to rush straight out and purchase

The villa is a quiet residential location with an excellent sea view but only 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The villa itself easily accommodated our party of 8 adults and 6 children and the common spaces (pool/lounge/games area) were excellent for us all. Would recommend.

Renaissance Villa was far enough away from the resorts for the family not to be disturbed by them but close enough for easy access to the beaches and the water park to get there easily and quickly. The facilities were excellent and the kids loved the games room, lovely pool and after a busy day would sometimes chill out to watch the large wall mounted TV. We had three cars with us and were able to park without any bother. Montana Roja just a very short walk away. A must do trip for young and old. Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed in Villa Renaissance as a party of 11, the villa provided ample room for us all, with fantastic communal areas in which to gather. We stayed over the christmas period, and the added touch of a christmas tree was very much appreciated. The pool area in particlar was a great hit with ample sunbeds and a large sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped. As a large party the villa provided us with everything we required and was large enough for us to not feel as though we were on top of one another, whilst providing fantastic areas to gather together for the christmas festivities. Would say a car is essential, especially as self-catering, otherwise regular taxis would be required.

We had a fantastic time thank you , such a wonderful villa . We had our grandchildren with us so the pool table , air hockey , dart board and other games were well received . The swimming pool is large and lovely temperature and the outdoor seating area is fantastic. Nothing to not like about this villa . If I really had to be fussy my only suggestion would be air con in the bedrooms but to be fair they all have fans and with doors open and flowing air it wasn’t too bad . The air con in lounge area is lovely . Thank you for such a memorable stay ?
