Stunning Rooftop Views. Prime Island Location

The property was absolutely perfect for our family - ranging from 1 year old to 70. We really appreciated all of the baby friendly features! Elevator was awesome as well. Plenty of room for three families to come together in common space but also to be able to have private and separate spaces. SO close to beach! Would 100% recommend!!

Very easy, and excellent accommodations for a large group. Great common space and comfortable for everyone.

We really enjoyed this property. It was the 2nd time we have stayed here but has been about 8 years since. Great condition - nice features. Great location & cool views from the roof top. Ping pong table is great!

House was absolutely fantastic. Nice to find houses where each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen had all necessary items with extra large fridge. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for cocktails in the evening. Will definitely look at booking this property if we find our way back to the island. Mary was extremely helpful and available. OBTW, the elevator works just fine as long as you follow the directions. Thanks Mary, our family had a great time.

THIS WAS A BAD STAY FRONT DOOR DIDN'T LOCK THEN CHECK IN THURDAYS WSN'T UNLIT 9PM AT NIGHT AND NOT 4PM BECUASE I NEVER GOT A EMAIL I HAD TO CALL THE OWNER.

Amazing place, couldn’t be any better

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this property. It was the perfect size for our group, and everyone had their own bathroom. The beach was nearby, the pool was perfect for sitting on the sides chatting and cooling off after a warm day in the sun. Our host was immediately responsive to every question. All in all, we would definitely go back to that home.

Wonderful property for a large family or group of friends! We loved watching sunsets from the rooftop and enjoying our morning coffee on the porch. It’s just a short walk to East Beach and conveniently close to town, restaurants, and shops. We’ll definitely book this property again.

We just enjoyed a great girls weekend at this home. It was so roomy and comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 12. House was so clean and the location was amazing- such an easy walk to the beach and a quick ride to local restaurants and the cute downtown area. Planning our next trip back !

Checked in to the four story property for a Thursday-Friday visit... larger bedrooms up stairs. The ELEVATOR didn't work. Huge Problem. No indication before arrival there was a problem. called, and the nice lady said it couldn't be examined until Monday!

Roomy, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood with beach access close by. The only negative was a heating system that made loud rhythmic noises when it came on at night; it made sleep difficult at times for those on the top (4th) floor. Overasll, we definitely enjoyed the house

Our family (six adults and six children) absolutely loved spending time in this beautiful home. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and it could easily have slept 16 people or more. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing any type meals! Loved the outdoor rooftop deck as well.

We are repeat renters at this property because we love it so much. The house has everything you could need, it’s the perfect location, sleeps everyone comfortably, and is alway beautifully clean when we arrive. Mary is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will be back again!

This property was awesome! We had a group of 12 and we couldn’t say more great things about this property. We all had plenty of room, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Extra bonus was the ping pong table and the beach chairs and beach wagon. We felt right at home. I definitely recommend this property!

This is a beautiful home with everything you need. Beds were comfy and all the space was perfect. Mary was wonderful and quick to answer. Alway wonderful in St Simons .

Mary's property is perfect for our family! The condo has a small pool, elevator, and all the necessary creature comforts for the perfect vacation. The location is nice also - one block off of the beach and a short bike ride to the village.
