Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pros: The house is really well equipped, with many dishes, potes, pans, and electric appliances to cook and prepare food. Margalida even leaves portable cooler for beach picnic. There are air conditioners in the upper floor (despite being quite noisy). The house looks cute and has great charme with the big glass entrance. Location is good in 20’ you can be in Portocolom, Cala d’Or and a bit more for the eastern beaches. Cons: How water in the second floor was not steady, typically the second or third would not have it. Parking is tight and access road too. There were really many mosquitoes (upon leaving Margalida has promised to buy some anti mosquito device). The place for kids to play was very limited. We have been asked to feed the 7 local cats, it was ok with us and our little girls but not everybody might really enjoy it.
