Stunning detached secluded luxury villa with 60 sqm pool & sea views

We arrived on Monday afternoon to find that the air conditioning in the open plan lounge/kitchen was not working. We called the owners who knew about the problem but had not bothered to inform us. Their only response was to suggest that we leave and find somewhere else. We would have left but finding suitable last minute accommodation in the high season in Koh Samui is impossible so we had to stay. The Wi-Fi was not working for five days and therefore the satellite television didn't work either. We did complain about the Wi-Fi but it took them five days to fix it. The kitchen is poorly equipped. This would not be a problem if there was a barbecue available but there isn't one. The only good news is that the views are great once you manage to negotiate the very steep hills. Good car/bike and confident driver required.

Jutta was a wonderful host. Great communication and gave us lots of recommendations about things to do on the island. The view here is incredible and the location is perfect. It's just a couple minutes away from the main road but it's far enough away that it's calm and peaceful. It's so private. The pool and the outdoor area are almost not visible to any properties around, so you can pretty much relax however you want here. The showers and bath are wonderful, with almost instant hot water. Jutta knows a rental car lady, and connected us with her so that we could very conveniently get a nice rental car without having to deal with any rental companies. Especially from the exterior when you're driving up the road, the villa looks stunning. We live over 10,000 miles away in NW USA, but this villa was so nice that we're dreaming of coming back to it someday. Thanks Jutta!

Our family spent 2 weeks here and it was awesome. It’s a fantastic villa in the hills with tasteful interior and a wonderful view to the ocean and surrounding area. The large terrace faces North which is great as you can chose between sun and shadow during the entire day while enjoying the great view to the ocean. It has an even larger infinity pool hidden from view, i.e. one can fully enjoy vacation without being watched by any neighbors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/tub. But since there is another shower by the pool we actually just used that one. Showering outside with ocean view and hidden from the neighbors is a great experience :) The German landlords are very friendly and helpful in every way – before, during, and after. Bottom line: We loved it and if we ever go back to Koh Samui then we’ll book this villa again!
