Stunning 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Villa with private pool and garden.

Fantastic stay! Villa was spacious and well-provisioned. Pool area is lovely. Games room was fantastic. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance. Lots of places to go and things to do. Great base for the area.

Six of us spent 2 weeks at this great location. With a party of ages from 22 to 55 there was planty to ocupy us and we spent some great evenings playing pool and watching the large screen TV as well as sitting on the terrace watching the sun go down over the mountains.There are so many resturants and bars within 10-15 mins walk and Marbella is only a short drive away.We had 2 cars and there was enough space inside the gate for both.The welcome pack was gratefully received and saved us the rush to the shops on arrival just to have a cuppa.Thank you.

This villa is amazing! The location is great, amenities within the villa are great for all ages! Gemma the host was brilliant and helped us with anything we needed. She also provided snacks and drinks for us on our arrival which was the best thing for our group after a long journey of travel! I couldn’t recommend the villa enough and especially for the price!!

Very good villa, all bathrooms very modern. Outdoor area great. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Lovely welcome pack. Basement bedroom not ideal. Location very good. Would stay again. Thank you

Shaving

My family and I stayed for a week in August for my son’s 21st. The villa was absolutely perfect in every way, we even baked a birthday cake! The layout is great for a mixed group like ours. My son and his girlfriend had the whole self contained basement with lots of space and their own privacy. We had a flight ‘hiccup’ on the final day and Gemma helped massively by seamlessly enabling us to rent the villa for an extra night. Gemma also booked taxis for us during our stay… she’s amazing! Don’t hesitate to book this amazing villa with an amazing property manager!

Arrived to find the pool was not fit to swim in. It certainly wasn’t as advertised in the sales photos. We had to wait over three days whilst the pool men tried to get the pool looking like the pools in neighbouring properties. It appeared that the property had not been made ready for habitation by guests in advance of our stay. The gardens had only been given a brief amount of attention prior to our stay with the gardener turning up for three hours to cut the hedges and lawns one of the stay days. Some areas needed a good clean particularly the outside table on the terrace. The sunbathing area I had to sweep before we could sunbathe. Attention to detail was lacking. We had to buy our own toilet rolls and bin liners for example. At a five star price tag for a week we didn’t get five star attention to detail I’m afraid. It seemed we we’re probably maybe the first early guests of the season hence the property was not necessarily up to speed so to speak with evidence of certain insects present maybe a sign the property may have been empty for a while.

The property was as per the photos, very comfortable and actually larger than we expected. Gemma was an excellent host - organized, thorough, communicated well and was available to help with anything we needed. Recommend!

We went on a girlie break for a long weekend. There were only four of us so we had so much space more than a bathroom each! The villa was amazing very spacious and fitted with lots of mod cons. Pool and garden area were beautiful we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool. Gemma was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The villa is located in a quiet area with a short walk to the beach. We couldn't find the busy lively part of San Pedro so we headed to Puerto Banus and Marbella on an evening using Uber taxis to get us there and back. All in all this was an amazing holiday and I would highly recommend this villa to groups and families.
