Stunning 4 Bedroomed Villa Located on Atlantic Reach, Newquay With Wifi

Great stay house was lovely, an enjoyable holiday

We had a fabulous weekend, house was clean and comfy and ideal location for what we needed. Property host was very kind and helpful.

Just returned from a twelve night stay at this great property, communication with owner was first class and was informed that they lived close by if we needed anything. We had 8 stay at the property and we never felt crowded the three bathrooms were great especially the spa bath. All rooms were spacious and clean, the property also had a great location with easy access to all major towns and beaches, Newquay was less than ten minutes with also a small shopping outlet about 3 miles away. The site had plenty for kids and was very clean, will look to book again

Stayed as a base to be in the locale for Boardmasters - helicopter parenting 😳😬 Great access to Newquay for the drop off and pick up. The property suited our needs and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, great showers, and well equipped kitchen. Not being able to access the facilities in the sports centre we thought was going to be annoying but on reflection they are very basic and you had to book slots to use the indoor pool which may not be suitable! The bar / cafe in the reception of Atlantic Reach made a great coffee and delicious pizzas which we took away. The Manor Arms wasn’t to our taste but we had takeaway pizza from them on our last night which were good! Corrine was super helpful and very friendly!

From the start of inquiring about this place ,to the end of us departing , it was flawless. Corrine the host ,could not be more helpful, replied very quickly every time I messaged / emailed her . She is brilliant nothing was too much trouble . The house is much nicer than the photos show … very clean and has everything you need I would recommend this place to anyone thank you so much Corrine you made sure we had a lovely easy comfortable stay we will be booking with you again x

Only down side WiFi very hard to obtain

Very well equiped, and excellent in every way.

From our first contact with the owner to handing the keys back the experience of staying at Atlantic Reach was great. Not only was the property spacious and clean, the owner was so helpful and welcoming. Everything we needed was clean and working. The bathroom were spotless as well as the kitchen and bedrooms. Great showers, better than ours at home! Parking was close to the property and only a short walk to everything on site. We stayed for 5 days and I honestly cannot find anything negative to say about the place.

The property is in a great place for exploring Cornwall. Corinne was really helpful, flexible and accommodating- left dog treats which went down really well! Great place to stay
