Stunning 3BR 2BA 1700 sq ft Penthouse Villa - Fully Upgraded, Fantastic Location

The penthouse was actually better in real life , bigger than expected /beds extremely comfortable/Brilliant balcony / great Aircon.

Lovely stay

Had a great stay with our family of four! The suite was very clean and very spacious. We were there mostly to visit Universal Studios, though we stayed and enjoyed the Villa's pool for our last day.We especially enjoyed looking for gaters in the lakes with our two teenage boys, and we saw a couple small ones! Plenty of nature to see around the Villa!

Our second time staying! And can’t wait to return for a third. Extremely clean always. Third floor offers privacy. Resort has great amenities. 10/10!

Great host, seamless booking and access. Amazing unit, all updated. The resort was fantastic as well: free pickleball, shuffleboard, splash pad, multiple pools and all well-maintained. Leading up to 2026, four different resorts/hosts in four years to try out different places. This time, however, already in contact with Chris to rebook for 2027. Definitely recommend.

Everything was fantastic and exactly what we needed for our family Disney trip. The condo was clean, had a great screened in patio, and our daughter loved the splash pad. It was close enough to not be an inconvenient drive to Disney but far enough away to have a little slower pace to relax and not be in the busy areas unless you wanted to. It was a great stay and Chris was very responsive to our needs.

The unit was very clean and large. Looked just like pictured, very nice. No problem getting up and down 3 flights of stairs. The porch was wonderful to sit out on

The property was nice, the rental was spacious, we enjoyed that there were multiple pools to choose from. My family enjoyed our stay :)

The condo was as described in the listing and conveniently located for a nearby baseball tournament. The unit’s layout and full kitchen worked well for our group. We used the pullout couch and that was comfortable enough. We enjoyed the two pools, onsite restaurant, pickleball courts (reserve ahead!) and beach volleyball courts.

Beautiful, spacious, clean 3BR condo. We loved the enclosed deck off the master BR with views of the lake. Equipped with everything we needed and also allowed access to resort amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Love the unit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is fantastic — just a short drive to Disney World and all the major theme parks, which made our trip incredibly convenient. A great spot for anyone looking to relax and be close to the fun.

This condo was the best value we have rented since we started renting vacation condos in 1981. We would like to stay there for a longer period next year. The only negative is its third floor location. Luckily the office sent 2 men to carry up our heavy suitcases to the condo. A great location. Less than 20 minutes to Disney, universal, and sea world. Several nearby golf courses. A washer and dryer like we have at our house. A 6 star recommendation.

The resort was beautiful and amenities were in easy walking distance from condo. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! Pools were heated and hot tubs were nice!

The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The condo is very updated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The family liked the condo and definitely will return.

This property is in a lovely setting and i enjoyed the stunning sunrises most days.I do think the photographs under sell the property as i nearly didnt choose it for our stay, however i was swayed by the great reviews, which are all well deserved. I loved the layout of the appartment which was simple, open, very efficent and spacious.My favouite was probably the master bathroom, where the shower is beautifully done wiyj no expense spared.If i have cause to return to the area, will be back!!!

We Have stayed at Bahama bay for the last 5 visits but this was by far the best Condo. Having the bigger square footage was great. The building was really quiet and we loved being on the top floor (although the trees are now too big to see the fireworks from the balcony!). This was a definite home from home stay with everything we needed, carefully laid out to enhance our stay. Having a safe available was also key for us and although not travelling with young children anymore everything was available should we have needed. Especially liked having a small esky available to use for cool drinks and an ice maker. We didn't need to reach out to Chris & Nicole as everything was just perfect. Will definitely request this Condo in the future if available. Thanks!

Very nice property. We was on the 3rd level which was to much climbing stairs with luggage. Very pleased with the unit.

This Condo is fabulous. Very close to everything. A definite place to returm. Loved every minute!

Location is quiet with a peaceful setting but still close enough to be easy to get to all the theme parks. Extremely clean and beautiful unit with lots of space.

This place is super clean and updated. Very safe and secure facility, with easy access to everything the local area has to offer. We will definitely being staying here again!
