Stunning 3 bed 2 bath Villa with Private heated Pool

lovely villa in an area we know well. perfectly situated for walks along the coastal path and local shops & restaurants. the villa was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and lounge sofas. outside furniture and sun loungers are getting old and tired and in need of replacing. our main concern was the mis advertising of 'air conditioning' this property does not have air conditioning. when i contacted the property manager regarding this the explanation was that there were some movable fans that you can move from room to room as required. i am sorry but 3 very dirty and noisy fans that just blow hot air around is NOT air con. we specifically searched for villas with air con at the time of booking and felt very cheated about this issue.

Overall was happy with the villa, been to faro park area a few times now so knew where it was, Pro’sLocation is excellent being a five minute walk from bars, shops and restaurants.Pool is lovely, heated and a good patio area with goodSun beds and sun terrace is excellent.Check in and check in instructions all good. Beds are excellent, really comfortable Pool towels provided, nice to have as we didn’t realise they were provided.The terrace off the main bedroom was nice and secluded with two sun loungers with a patio set.The villa is close to the coastal path and is great for getting the steps in each day.Con’sThe villa does not have air conditioning as advertised.The fact the wall is low and there is no gate gave us some concerns over security. Light bulbs seem to be in short supply, in some rooms there are no bulbs at all in the wall lights. Maid service, I hope the fee is tiny as the maid arrived on Friday as advised and changed bedding in one room only (as there were only two of us staying) and dropped some towels off. At other villas we have stayed at floors were cleaned, toilets cleaned and other things were done. She was in and out in five minutes. Overall we had a good stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, thank you Martin for letting us stay in your property.

The villa itself is lovely but the exterior, some of the interior furniture has seen better day's and the housekeeping wasn't to a very high standard. The kitchen window couldn't be opened and the french doors would only open on one side. Check-in was very easy, would stay again but general maintenance of the property could be much better.

It all started not being able to get in with the wrong code then we find out no Aircon as you advertised with Aircon no table outside with any chairs and what seating we did have was totally unsuitable pillows didn’t fit covers didn’t fit absolutely filthy then there’s the television that was supposed to have plenty of British channels didn’t have any we couldn’t get one English Channel. The radio that was there didn’t even have an electrical lead for it. Myself and my wife have never had a villa that was that tired, dirty falling apart in our lives and we have had a lot of villas. I expect compensation for this stay as it was nothing like hot was advertised. The fridge had no shelves in the door. The barbecue needed to be cleaned. Even the cockroaches wouldn’t use it. No back gate the list is endless. I do expect you to get back in touch with me to discuss compensation for this stay that was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere.

Have stayed a number of times in other villas in Faro Park and this one is amazing. Very clean and tidy, with a large pool area (which felt very private) - and a large sun terrace off the main bedroom upstairs with amazing views out to sea, and also across to Fuerteventura. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and a comprehensive TV and Sports package. The outside eating areas and proper brick-built BBQ allowed us to have a meal with friends, with a local chef cooking the food for us on the BBQ too! Comms with Martin, the host, were great - with local villa managers on hand to help with anything needed. Thanks for a great stay, and would love to stay again!

Really nice location, out of town but close to a few shops and restaurants. Very close to the sea and a nice coastal walk. Pool was lovely and warm.

As described and more. Great location, everything you could need in a villa holiday. Close to some great restaurants and the coast. Regular bus service closed by, no need to hire a car.

Very to sea and promenade and short walk to supermarkets and great restaurants. Outside space and heated pool face the sun all day.A few small issues that were sorted very quickly

Good for Families. Can accomodate 6 People.The BBQ Place could get refurbished. The grillage is a little worn down. Rest is fine.

Nice spacious villa and outside area, handy location with coastal walk, Faro Park shops, good choice of restaurants and bus stop for Playa Blanca bus30. Pool heating issue on arrival was resolved promptly with immediate responses by host and maintenance team. Taxis seem in short supply in PB at moment and buses bit hit and miss so would recommend car.

We are a family who always do villa holidays and have stayed in many over the years! This is by far one of the best! Great location, Great villa, great facilities. The pictures don’t do the place justice it is just lovely! We hired a car and it was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to! Easy to find and the weather was perfect! We are now considering purchasing in the area! Thanks for a great stay! Have no doubt we’ll be staying here again

Lovely villa with private pool. Absolutely perfect for us. We love doing our own thing and we needed total R and R which this fabulous home allowed us to do. Highly recommend and hope to be back again.
