We welcome you to stay in our beautiful, newly-renovated two bedroom home on Gratton Road, the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the very best of Cheltenham and the Cotswolds - whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway, or a relaxing break with friends or family, this stylish home provides the perfect base!

Downstairs we have a lovely open-plan living room and dining space, offering a comfortable spot to unwind after a day exploring the town, and a kitchen towards theback of the home, with everything you need to cook up a storm.

Outside, we also have a great private patio, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining in the sunshine, a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars.

Upstairs, we have two bedrooms both with king sized beds, beautifully styled with modern décor and designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room also benefits from ample storage space, making it easy to settle in and feel at home during your stay. The property comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for couples, friends or small families.

With its contemporary interiors, spacious layout and excellent location in the Suffolks area, just moments from Bath Road’s lively atmosphere, our home offers a welcoming and memorable stay right in the vicinity of fashionable cafés, boutiques and vibrant atmosphere. We are just a short walking distance of a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants and cafés including Bath Road Beers, The Five Alls pub and Cantina del Barrio.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
