This beautiful, newly constructed villa is located on large private grounds with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the village of Scopello. Enter by secured gates through a garden of olive trees. The driveway is fully paved with plenty of parking spaces. The front of the house features a covered seating porch and a large infinity pool with lounge chairs. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a walk out to the pool area. There is a bathroom for the master bedroom. The two additional bedrooms are upstairs and they share a bathroom. The living room has a large sectional couch, TV and it provides a spectacular view through large sliding doors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped along with a table and chairs. There is a covered outside kitchen in the rear of the house that has an additional seating area. The outside kitchen includes a grill, stove, sink and a wood burning oven. There are also two outside showers with hot water. Landscaping surrounding the house includes rosemary, lavender, hibiscus and palms.

We stayed at Frank and Hana’s house for ten days in August 2024. We had an amazing time. The pool was fabulous and the shady terrace provided a lovely place to relax and take in the spectacular views. Accommodation was perfect. All air conditioned. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Super quiet day and night. You absolutely need a car as you can not walk anywhere from the house. Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by car and there is an inexpensive trattoria next door. The drive up to the house is along a steep and sometimes uneven road with lots of switch backs. Just take your time and it is fine. WiFi was good and we all slept well. The pool is not fenced off and there is no alarm so be careful with young kids and non swimmers. Our boys are 11 and 16 so no issues at all as both are good swimmers. I would be less relaxed with a toddler in tow, but just exercise common sense. Overall it was brilliant and we would recommend without hesitation.
