Stayed May 25, 2024Our family (adults and older teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely house. There was plenty of room. It was clean and a great location. The town of Stavoren is adorable and a place we’d love to come back to. The bedrooms had plenty of space and luggage racks. We loved that all towels and bedding was provided (that doesn’t seem to be the case based on reviews we read from other properties). Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own dinners and make breakfast (we were usually out for lunch). The patio was a lot of fun to sit outside and look at the canal, the passing boats and the local waterfowl. The grocery store was nearby, in fact you could canoe to it using the canoe on property. Matthias was a great host. Easy to communicate with and he provided lots of very useful information.

Stayed Apr 25, 2019The area is beautiful! The home was lovely. The setting is fabulous. I do think the house should have more toilet paper!
