Amenities, location, cleanliness, great host communication!

Location is great. Grounds are very well maintained. Our unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking including many spices available in the spice rack. The option of swimming in the ocean or pool was a plus and the hot tub was relaxing. I spent most of my time sitting on the lanai when in the condo enjoying the view.

Beautiful location and amenities. 2nd time staying at Ocean Villas, first time in a 3-bedroom. Lots of space for two couples, and plenty of room for a third. Not a straight on view to the beach but still very nice Last year the two of us stayed in a studio and loved it. Enjoyed the restaurants and shops at the Ritz next door.

What an excellent stay! The villa was very well equipped and the communication throughout was clear and professional. The villa was exactly as it appeared in the listing. The property is very well maintained, and the access to the ocean couldn't be beat. The pool and hot tub area were super, and overall we could not have been happier. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable and close to the beach

My husband and I along with a couple other friends were invited to a wedding in Oahu. When I called the venue, they recommended that we stay in Turtle Bay. I immediately went on VRBO and found this property. It looks like a perfect fit for two couples and of course, had beautiful views of the ocean! We loved what this property had to offer! It was a peaceful and intimate property, including a golf course, walking trails, horseback riding, beautiful beach and plenty of dining options. It was really nice to have the Ritz Carlton property nearby with additional benefits if you wanted to participate. We loved hanging out at the sunset, cabana bar, and watch the surfers! The unit was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Communication with the host was excellent! We would highly recommend this property in this unit! Thank you for the incredible experience!

Enjoyed a week of fun & relaxation. Condo was clean, comfortable, and well located for touring the island yet returning to calm & quiet. A place we would return to for another visit

This is my second stay at turtle bay villas and was very disappointed with this villa. The entry door was peeling and had a gap between door frame. The beds were nice and comfortable, but he closets in every bedroom was stuffed with furniture so you could only use half or one third of space. the water temp. in baths was tepid and guest bath had no stopper for baths. The sofa had stain spots on both sides so we couldn't flip the cushions.If we had small children with us this might not have been an issue, but we ranged in age from low sixties to eighties. Was pleased with the abundant supply of paper products and trash bags. My opinion of the cleaning crew if that they need to do a better job and management needs to oversee better. Turtle Bay is beautiful hope this villa will match the surroundings.

The villa was exactly as described with beautiful ocean views from both front and back. It was supplied with everything we needed for our family vacation even the toddler/baby needs. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was just lovely. Very nicely appointed. The sofa was wonderful for a family of 5 to watch a movie after a nice day at the beach. We plan to come back to Oahu, and I'd definitely rent here again.
