I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely condo with a view of the ocean. We wish there had been an adult pool with no small children. The pool was constantly busy with very active screaming children which made it difficult to enjoy the pool. We also wished that there were more activities included with the Ritz Carlton. This property was not associated with the Ritz, and we would have enjoyed using the spa, gym, and adult pool. Even if there had been an additional charge, we would have paid it to enjoy the Ritz amenities.

Stayed Dec 20, 2025This is an excellent unit with a great location right on the beach. It’s located in the beautiful North Shore in close proximity to all the area has to offer. If/when we come back to Oahu, we will look to stay here again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Just what we needed as a family to unwind and relax on the North Shore. Nothing beats this location with its connection to the Turtle Bay Resort. Unit 309 was spacious and had the exact view as in the pictures. What made the trip for us were the evenings that we spent sunset surfing off the point break. The parking spot is super close, and the Beach locker was stocked with everythig we could have possibly needed. Overall it was a true 5-star experience.
