Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in the villa 109. The location was wonderful for exploring Turtle Bay and getting around Oahu as well. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were well-stocked, and we loved having access to a washer/dryer for laundry and the locker with all the beach gear. Drawbacks: There was a muddy patch right at the edge of the lanai/porch that was unsightly and we had to work hard not to track mud into the house. Also, the small steps from the living room and master bedroom up to the main level were just low enough and dark enough that we had MULTIPLE close calls where people of all ages were tripping. These steps should have better lighting and a handrail to at least give better visual cues and to avoid a potentially vacation-ruining accident.

A beautiful place to stay!

Beautiful location and accommodations! I recommend looking into the storage upon arrival to see all the chairs, toys, beach items available. The North Shore has a lot to offer and wish we had another week! Thanks again!

The units were clean and ready to go when we got there. The only challenge was the way the pool cop would hammer down if you made a mistake rather than provide a reminder that the kids were doing something wrong. A kind reminder will go a long way for customer service.

We stayed here for Christmas 2024. The location of the unit is great near beach and pool. The trails on the property are fantastic for running or walking. We also enjoyed the the hotel restaurants

We couldn't be more happy about choosing this rental. The villa was everything it stated in the description and everything you see in the pictures were exacty that. We had a pool/hot tub, a beautiful beach, and all the necessities you need for a great beach experience. The umbrellas, cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear came in handy! It was great being away from Honolulu/Wikiki and all the tourist. Such a calm and quiet getaway....exactly what we were looking for.

The 3 Brm unit on the ground floor was perfect as 2 of the adults were elderly and would have trouble with stairs. The unit was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Even though we were right across from the pool, it was very quiet during the day and at night. The restaurants (expensive) at the Turtle Bay resort were a short walk if you didn't want to cook and there were less expensive options if you were willing to drive. The only negative is that the Villas are at least an hours drive from Pearl Harbor and more during rush hour. If the majority of your activities are going to be in Honolulu or it's surroundings, I'd look for a place to stay much closer to the downtown area.
