Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our vacation spot. The information provided prior to our trip was detailed and extremely helpful. For two young children, three adults and two seniors, it was a perfect family vacation. The ground floor made for easy and convenient access to the beach and pool, as well as grass areas. Everything was just the right scale. The lockers full of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys was impressive. The kitchens were well-stocked with cooking implements, as well as plates and glasses and bowls. The refrigerator/freezer in the 3 bedroom villa was not working well, but maintenance staff were already aware and alternative smaller fridge/fridge was already in place before we arrived. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the LeiLeis on the golf course and an amazing dinner at Roys Beach House. It was also convenient to go to the stores at Turtle Bay Resort, as well as the Ho-olana Fresh Food to Go. use. Great surfing spots were within an easy drive. Visits to Sunshine Shack at Sunset Beach and take-out at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck were great fun too. We loved every moment!

Just steps from the beach and Roy's. Loved the walk out balcony and adjoining rooms for multi-generational family group!

The kitchen was great with everything you need, except the food of course.Remember the cushions for the patio furniture is in the closet of one of the rooms(we found them on the last day;our mistake).The storage unit for beach supplies is very close to the entry door(we walked around a bit before we found it).The quality of the beach stuff was actually excellent.Don't be put off by the long drive from Honolulu(going through some run down areas)because it will be worth it.We found the overall nightly rate was extremely high but when you divide it by 6 adults it doesn't seem that bad for the Fantastic memories we created, We will stay again!

The villa was nicely furnished including snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc. The villa furniture was old-could of have used a nicer bed. The stovetop malfunctioned but the condo maintenance was very responsive and got a repairman for the next morning. The Turtle Bay location is quiet, not crowded, a few miles from food trucks.

Our daughter and family live in Honolulu. They joined us, including our other daughter and her family of 3 girls. Lots of different ages. We grandparents loved being able to go right to the ocean with everyone and then get out of the sun during the hot afternoons. It was a stellar stay for many reasons....being able to cook together, share time at our own outside area, and then get away to individual quiet and private bedrooms. I hope we can come again!

Great accommodations, roomy, well stocked, amenities galore, great location, responsive staff and hosts. What more could you ask for.

The property and location make for the perfect getaway. Everything is as described and a joy to experience

This property has it all. Beautiful views from units and easy access to the beach and private pool. We rented units 102/103 that are supplied with everything you need for your stay and beautifully decorated. These units in the Ocean Villas are laid out perfectly for family stays. The master suite is very private (unit 103) and the other 2 bedrooms were perfect for our adult children. The lock off unit (102) was spacious and private for our daughter, son in law and infant granddaughter. High chair and pack n play included in both rentals. This property is steps away from Roy’s Restaurant and a very short walk to the resort for other restaurants and activity you can book through Turtle Bay Resort. Overall this property is amazing inside and out and would highly recommend you stay at the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay Resort.
